Does anybody know where I can get an mpg player for my WM6 K-jam?
Cheers
Steve
tcpmp plays mpg, avi etc. I think there's also a plugin for media player to make it play mpg too.
TCPMP isn't wares. Get it here from there website.
Hi,
Did you solve the problem? I got the same problem and need to solve it.
Thanks
Hector
I am just curious to see what you guys think is the best video player to watch videos on my computer that I recorded on my Tilt. For some strange reason I am unable to hear audio when trying to view a video on my computer. When I use TCPMP on my phone I am able to watch the video with perfect sound.
Any ideas on how I can solve this. Tried to use Quicktime, Windows Media Player, and VLC player and still can't get it to work.
I've been using KMPlayer for a good while now and love it. I've not found anything else more configurable and it's nice to the system resources. Definitely worth a look.

Video on Vista..
alltheway, THE only video player to use on your pc is thru the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack which uses Media Player Classic, all the codecs you will ever need and a nice little player to view, check it out..

ditto to this
I'm using The GOM-Player.

K-Lite Mega Codec Pack (www.codecguide.com) as duncstar mentioned is the best solution. What's good is that you can also play any media file using Windows Media Player (ie: no need for Media Player Classic).

What is the downfall of having both of these installed.

So called video pros would say any codec pack is grabage, but it's definately not a good idea to have multiple codec packs. K-Lite Full with quicktime and real alternative is probably the best combo. quicktime alternative 1.67 to be more specific because the ones after that stopped playing some cell phone movies correctly.
Hi,
How can i play .mpeg videos on my kaiser?
Thanks
Jason
Using any of the many available Video players... I recommend you read this
CorePlayer or TCPMP. Make sure you get the AAC codec.
tcpmp has done the job good.
I tried changing to avi and they are jurkey in win media player?
thanks
Hi
I'm looking for an Prog that play the H263-Codec on my HTC Kaiser...
thank you for answer
snoopndh
coreplayer play it not.
This should help you get started, http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&as_q=play+H.263&as_epq=&as_oq=&as_eq=&num=10&lr=&as_filetype=&ft=i&as_sitesearch=http%3A%2F%2Fforum.xda-developers.com&as_qdr=all&as_rights=&as_occt=any&cr=&as_nlo=&as_nhi=&safe=images. Then see my sig for more help.
I found nothing that play H.263. Coreplayer plays the Audio, but video not.
thank you snoopndh
When I originally added the HTC Streaming media player to my ROM I found that the YouTube mobile stuff wouldn't play and it was down to missing codec(s). I rebuilt the ROM but included some codecs I had from my old Wizard and it all started working:
H263P3.dll
HTH
Andy
Could you post the h263p3.dll here?
Hi, I am not ay home at the moment so don't have the Kaiser kitchen to hand. I have just pulled two H263* files off the device and .zipped them up. See if they work..
Cheers
Andy
Hi all,
Just wondering what video player apps (free/paid) that's best for playing ANIME with Subtitle? (similar to PC's Media Player Classic thingy?able to choose audio and subtitle?)
Not sure anyone has hobby like mine, but I do carry some anime with me on my SD Card to watch on the go on my previous PDA (HTC KAISER) and it plays perfectly. (althou some doesn't have subtitle)
Anyone have similar situation and some advise to this android newbie?
17/02/2012 updates: (tested anime with .mkv files)
***Tried MoboPlayer 1.2.200 - great at playing the videos, but no subtitle
***Tried Mobo Video Player Pro v1.0.6 - laggy when playing anime, no subtitle

Try either Dice or mVideo player, both work well with anime.
MX Video Player ( https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mxtech.videoplayer.ad and its codec pack at https://market.android.com/details?id=com.mxtech.ffmpeg.v7_neon ) has worked just peachy for me. It does have support for multiple streams et. al., and it's also plenty fast, too.

Thanks mate... MX Video Player with codec works fine too!!!
MX Player all the way! ever since i discovered it it's been my only video player! love it
VLC is in my humble opinion the better choice.
Sent from my GT-N7000 using xda app-developers app
MX Player is the best ! I watch only anime & it has never let me down even once. The new HW+ decoder works wonders
Why don't you try my anime player and downloader? (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43351881#post43351881)
It won't let you down
BS Player
BS Player
It's free and has all the codecs you'll ever need built in.
MX Player was my player of choice until they had problems securing MKV codec and others.
If you want something that plays practically all file types, is free and lightweight, then BS Player is the one.
Find it on the Play Store.
(I can't add the link, it is against XDA rules, sorry.)
Im using ARCHOS video Player on my GNOTE

How do you organize pdfs? Pdfs are the bane of the organized people. You need to put them in a site, or a subfolder, with all the files similar, yet you also can't have duplicated pdfs.
