3 weeks ago I install the K-JAM new AKU2 rom in my QTEK 9100 of course using the CID unlocker.
Now I'm trying to install the new AKU2 Qtek rom and during the upload process it pops up a screen mentioning Recovery 260. I tryed to reboot both computer and 9100 but it seems impossible to upload this new to Rom to my device.
Could you guys help me out?

Hey, I'll be getting my phone in the mail sometime today. I want to update it to summiter'a 2.17 Rom. Can anyone give me on advice what to do?
This is my first PocketPC phone and don't know much about it. Do I need to unlock before I do the update? If so, where can I find it? Also to do the update, do I just run the .exe rom file that summiter has put up on FTP? Not exactly sure how to do things.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I downgraded my phone to the Cingular 1.xx rom and unlocked it. I want to upgrade to the tmobile 2.26 rom like the tutorial suggests but the FTP site seems to be down. Afterwards I am wanting to install molski's (new) 30mb rom, which also seems to be unavailable for d/l.
Could someone please either upload or link me to somewhere to download both the Tmobile 2.26 rom and Molski's newest rom. If these are all I need; I noticed on Molski's site that it says you should install his extended rom first...so if i need this also then that would be greatly appreciated. I know you can d/l the newest tmobile rom from their website, but I need a valid tmobile phone number in order to do so.
(The xda-developers ftp site is not working for me, I tried Firefox, IE, and SmartFTP)

I don't have any problems downloading anything... The latest Molski rom is in the uploads/wizard/molski.biz folder...
You can also get the molski's rom from his website, molski.biz
I found the 2.26 tmobile rom on another website and upgraded to it, however I still can't get Molski's roms (or any other files on the xda-dev ftp) to work. The ftp doesn't even connect for me :-\ I looked on molski's website but even the links on there link back to the xda-dev ftp.
EDIT: Wow...i'm a complete idiot. sorry everyone...the reason i couldn't connect was because of a program called peerguardian. it has apparently been opening itself when windows starts without my knowledge. i closed it and now the ftp works fine. sorry again!
Sorry about this, but the Wiki is a bit confusing for me.
On one hand is a wizard which leads one carefully and easily through the upgrade process to WM6, and elsewhere is the OP title which advises getting system information, and searching for the applicable ROM.
I got my W2003 system information/ROM and searched for a matching ROM, but none were found.
My BA is an Australian/New Zealand/English Vodafone/GSM pda2k so the correct ROM is probably the default in the Wizard but I am very careful so can anyone advise please?
Also, is there any up-to-date links for the latest and greatest ROM, or is the ROM in the wizard kept up to date?

Hey, I got a MDA compact IV branded from tmobile, but its starting to get on my nerves, and I want the original theme, so I figured I've got to put a new ROM on, now what rom is the best for a Dutch tmobile MDA compact Iv?

there aren't many dutch roms, but this is probably the best one.
It seems to be nice and clean... Just a heavily tweaked ROM.
But these are Diamond ROM's, are they good for the MDAcompactIV?
Another thing, when the next Dutch ROM update comes from T-Mobile (if it ever comes) will I be able to update?

I also got a MDA Compact IV...since 2 weeks I run the aztor v11 rom, and man what a difference. Much faster.

But here comes the noob question... I already dl-ed the [rar] file, there's a [exe] file in the as well as a [nbh] file. Are these the only files needed for flashing my rom? How do I do it? Do I run the [exe] file on my PC or my phone?

Ok, I've tried two times to do the update as I just ran the [exe] file on my PC, but I get the [262] update error.
When it updating the bar sticks on 0%, as well on my phone. Luckily after detaching the battery for 3 seconds, my phone just soft resets. What now???
I've done some research but with all the different versions and languages I got really confused. I need another spl to install the [nbh] in order to update the X2 update. But I cant find a way to run the [nbh] file.
I'm also afraid that I'll ruin my MDA. So I searched for a original spl and ROM, but I can't seem to find the right one. I also unable to determine which spl I have on my MDA. It should be a dutch T-Mobile ROM (& spl???). The warranty period isn't over yet so I might need it. (But I hope not of course).
This flashing thing is really confusing...

I have exactly the same problem trying to change the ROM from uk vodaphone to Duttys V4. The strange thing for me is that I have 2 Diamonds (his and hers) and the first one went through the process like a dream.
I'd be very grateful to find a fix

First I ran Olinex hard-spl 1.40, after that I rename the .nbh file tot DIAMIMG.NBH, copy that file to your internal storage and than flash from the internal storage. Read this
If above is still abacadabra send me a pm, then I will translate this in dutch.
