Need Help

Just picked up a dopod d810 can't seem to get the GPS working. Does anyone know how I can test the GPS if it is working or not? Can someone point me in the right direction to which flash I should use that has the GPS enabled? I've tried several ROM's and I'm not sure how to test the GPS.
Thanks in advance for the help.

If your Radio version (See device info) ends with .11 then it's GPS enabled.

Well, you could always contact TomTom's support people. As a registered owner, they'd be sure to help you! You ARE a registered owner, right?

you will probably find that you have renamed the device ID.
Start> Settings>System>About>Device ID>
change it back to v1615
I encountered this problem when trying to install TomTom to my v1615 - works fine now

If you have problem to flash the update for radio ROM only, try to flash the whole official ROM which I posted the web site, then re-flash again with your favor WM 6.1 ROM; it always works because it's official ROM...
By the way, I don't know that TOMTOM has version 7 for PDA, where did you get ths version?
Cheers,

Hi, there no problem to change. Remove default navigation program (it's very bad that it's imposible remove via program removal... you need to delete it via delete menu) and install your TomTom or other. I'm using iGO 8, very good user interface and new maps.
All Europe here.
