This is the bootloader screen and this really isn't the right forum for this question. You need to do some reading and you should be able to get your phone back up and running.
To get you started have a look at these threads:
http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Wizard
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=263116
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=284292
Been reading and trying. How about a step by step guide esp for those who haven't a clue in the first place and are by no means technical?
If you are by no means technical and have no clue YOU SHOULDN'T BE TRYING TO FLASH YOUR PHONE.

Considering that I followed the instructions religiously to upgrade to the latest ROM, and resulted in the error as the original person who posted here had, I would just like to get it back to orig settings and forget the upgrade! I normally like to keep things on the latest versions but in this case I regret it.

Do you mean no activesync by no USB? Try flashing it again through bootloader screen or try flashing the official rom of your provider through the bootloader.

Once at the bootloader screen, what do you do next? I've been stuck here for a little while now and can't figure out what to do while in this mode.

Yes, I've been over that, and some of the related links from that thread, but so far I still can't find the missing piece. All of the tips point to using an updater to load Wizard Love, but I still get a communication error. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I'd also point out that while this may be my third 4th post, I'm not really new at this. I am new at having problems. I've flashed this phone probably a dozen times in the past year and have never had a problem. I've going over the sticky threads and tutorials, but what I'm missing is how I actually get wizard love to load. So far, it still does a check for the phone through activesync, then tries to run RUUGetinfo.exe and EnterBootloader.exe to which copies nk.nbf. So far the central issue seems to be establishing a connection. Since I am already in the boot loader (the red, green, blue, white screen) I need to be able to copy nk.nbf, which is what I cannot figure out. So far, I haven't found anything useful on this.

When you just plugin USB cable. Does it say USB on the left bottom of your screen? After this you should just use the RUU. Maybe it helps to uncheck allow USB connections in activesync.
Most people having problems flashing from bootloader (communication error) can succesfully flash from another XP machine. Have you tried that?
....before anyone moderates my ass i wasnt sure whch forum was the appropriate one for a bricking!

My phone seems to have given up the ghost. A few days after having put on the excellent Q-Mobile system. My phone has refused to boot properly. Heres what happens:
In start up from Soft reset, or Power off, i get the tricolour screen saying:
KAIS130 MFG
SPL-1.0 OliPof
CPLD-8
a few2 lines benath that is written 'Serial'
it then flashed onto a white screen saying 'loading......no image file' - this all takes about a second.
And then it rests on the screen mentioned above.
I haven't dropped it or done anything other than flash- correctly.
AAAARGH! it does randomly decide to boot up properly after its been left of for a whil if that helps.
Also - active synch wont recognise it , in the tr-colour state.
HELP!!!
Phone now stable
wondering what the best thing to do is to get it back on track...

mtty is the way to do...you are not bricked...just take a few breaths and search the forums. When it happened to me, I had to use the BOOT command with MTTY. After it boots back up, run HARDSPL once again otherwise anytime you soft reset it will return to the bootloader screen.
thanks, but what is MTTY - i checked the posts and couldn't find it anywhere
According to the unlocking manual quoted below, i have succussfully been to the last step by one, but there is a problem i cannot solve it on my own, please help.
My phone is AT&T TyTN II 8925, my present state is:
(1) i have loaded RUU_kaiser_QSKOM2.3_full;
(2) i come the tri-color screen showing;
KAIS1*0 MFG
SFL-1.0.OliPof
CPL-8
(3) i tried for many times "kaiser-simunlocker.exe". but it always fails me, i.e. it cannot be run at all, no matter how i clicked the icon of the above-mentioned .exe file.
thanks a lot!

1. Make sure you installed HardSPL as follows: power off and then press power on while keeping camera pressed, this will enter the so called bootloader mode and you see a tri-color screen (Red, Green, Blue). You should see "SPL-1.0 OliPof" on the second line in the top left corner. You can exit this mode by means of a "soft reset": press the reset button with the stylus.
2. Make a note of the radio version that is currently installed. You see the version strings in the splash screen which appears soon after power on (e.g. "R 1.27.14.09"). Since we will flash a special radio in step 5 you need to flash back your original radio in the last step. You can download radio roms from XDA devs here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=349375
3. Connect PC and Kaiser with a USB cable and keep it connected until the last step.
4. Power on the Kaiser and let it boot into Windows Mobile. On the PC make sure the activesync icon is green
5. After you unpacked the download you see directories "step1" and "step2". Go into "step1" and run KaiserCustomRUU.exe. This will flash the special patched radio rom. Follow the instructions until it is finished.
6. Power off your Kaiser and insert a 'strange' SIM, i.e. a SIM from another provider than the one your phone is locked to.
7. Once Windows Mobile has booted up it will show a window called "Simlock" and a textbox where you can enter a 8-digit unlockcode. Now perform a soft reset by pressing the reset button *but* at the same time keep the camera button pressed. If you did it well you will be back in bootloader mode and you see the tri-color screen. The best technique is to press and hold the camera button first and then shortly press the reset button with the stylus.
8. On your PC go into the "step2" directory and run "kaiser-simunlocker.exe". If all went well you will see the unlockcode on your monitor and your Kaiser is being restarted automatically.

turn off allow usb connection on active sync then it should start and once finished click back allow connections
Start > Run > "cmd"
Then browse to the location of the file, and run it from the command line.
Hello,
I am having the same problem trying to run Simunlocker. I did everything it says in the instructions and now I'm at the Tri-Color screen where it says:
KAIS1*8 MFG
SPL-1.8.OliPof
CPLD-8
And in the white block on the bottom it says USB
The Active Sync is gray and when I ran Simunlock.exe in Command Prompt it says:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>"C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator
\My Documents\Kaiser Unlocker\kaiser-simunlocker\step2\kaiser-simunlocker.exe"
=== Kaiser Sim Unlocker (c)2008 by jockyw2001
=== Donations happily accepted, paypal to [email protected]
\\.\WCEUSBSH001: Permission denied
cannot connect to \\.\WCEUSBSH001
Everything else went smooth, but I noticed when I was loading the Kaiser Custom RUU.exe it was done very quick, in about a minute when it says it will take 10 minutes.
Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help please!!
Thanks
Tina

I finished step 2 and added the sim card to the phone.
The phone got locked so I removed the card and unchecked the USB synchronization and then place the card back in the phone.
I ran the Kaiser-simunlock in step 2 and I am having the same error:
\\.\WCEUSBSH001: No such file or directory
cannot connect to \\.\WCEUSBSH001
Can you help me? or can anyone help me to unlock this phone.
I am too close to breaking the phone into pieces.
Thanks

just need step-by-step for 6.5 email->[email protected]
6.5 is no different then 6.0 or 6.1, it's what you use that matters.
Which 6.5 ROM are you using, there are several out there already?
Is this not setp by step enough for you?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835
ok i did read that... and did it but im tryin to put this on my htc http://anryl.freeforums.org/21232-public-releases-links-requests-t29.html#p261
but what?
Follow the instructions and it will be done.
From Mskips post
Flashing Via MicroSD Card
1. Make sure your microSD is Formatted to fat32 (you dont have to delete all files but it is safer if you do)
2. Download your prefered Rom from the Kaiser Rom Develpoment Page and unzip/unrar it to your computer
3. Goto the Roms Folder and rename the .nbh file to KAISIMG.nbh
4. Copy the KAISIMG.nbh file to the root of your MicroSD Card
5. Plug the MicroSD Card into the phone
6. Hold in the Power and Camera buttons, then press the reset button with the stylus for about 3 seconds until the BootLoader screen appears
7. You will first see a tri-color screen with the phone and SPL Information at the top
8. A message will then pop up asking you to press the Power button to start the update
9. Press power button to start flashing
10. Once phone finishes flashing and says Update Complete, reset with the stylus
11. When it gets to the screen where it configures the stylus, HARD RESET
(press left and right softkey buttons on the front and hold in reset with stylus until message appears)
12. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Clear Data
13. When prompted, Press "Send Button" (Green Call Button on Front) to Restart Phone
14. Follow onscreen instructions to set up your New Rom

You still have the stock AT$T spl on your phone. So obviously you did not follow the steps in the guide. If you followed all of mskips steps, you would have Hardspl on your phone.
Re-read and follow all the steps carefully in mskips guide. Do not mess around with things that you do not understand or you will have a very expensive door stop on your hands.
@Chumley, is that a custom rom I see on your phone ? I thought you were the last bastion of the stock rom. What happened ? And 6.5 no less.
Oh no, I flashed this baby the first week I had it. I ran duttys last rom for about a year though.
haha look everyone...after i opened my eyes n started to read then i got it....THANKS TO ALL SENIORS...4real what ya do is something sick...and ya good at it...ohhh last question though...is there any other 65 roms like recent?

Go in to rom development and look around, even though I don't care for 6.5 , I have flashed 6.5 roms by Josh , anyrl, abusalza, and support. Chumley is currently using one by chinhe. They are all great, try each one and keep the one you like best.
im guessing....7 is out of the question...or im too early for class?

i think my bro can fix this.. can please give me the details? and softwares needed for my phone to able to operate again
THNX
welcome to the forum!
what your brother did was, flashing another rom. d-two's wm6.5.1 actually.
the fact that the device is stuck in the boot logo now can mean 2 different things, one is good and one is rather bad:
the good one is: he forgot to hard reset the device.
to perform a hard reset please go to -=this site=- and have a look how it's done. after flashing a device, a hard reset is necessary to clean up all the old crap, that is left from the rom before, like the registry and the contents of the storage drive.
the bad on would be: he screwed something up during the flashing
if the first method didn't get you anywhere and you are still stuck in that splash screen, you should look for "stuck in splash screen" or "stuck in bootloader" or "format blueangel mtty"
what that means is: the rom did not flash correctly and with a device with a broken rom, you don't want to start flashing again. so you need mtty to format the device before it should be flashed again.
my personal guess would be no. 1
with best regards
Chef_Tony
Dear Chef_Tony
Thanks for the quick reply.. your correct that the 1st one is only the problem that am not stuck at the bootloader but still... Even though am still stuck at the screen logo after try other roms... can you give me good ROMs that i could use?
I get the ROMs on this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=428030
i tried those ROMs but still no good i followed the instruction very well.. But still no progress can you still help me ??
By the way whats "mtty" can i use the second method that you give me can you tell me the instruction that i should follow
thnkx and more Power!!
i would, of course, recommed d-two's wm6.5.1 build 23071, which will be released tonight.
if the problem persists with other roms, you are stuck in splash screen and you need to take the mtty method. that is a little complicated, and i have never done it before, therefore, i cannot take responsibility, i just looked for what worked for other people (which is what i meant by search for those terms, it would have lead you to the solution, but here you have your own copy of the solution)
1. Download mtty v1.42 from http://files.pdamobiz.com/ROMs/XDA/mtty1.42.rar
2. Stop ActiveSync, by Task Manager (press Ctrl + Alt + Delete)
kill two processes rapimgr.exe and wcescomm.exe
3. put your device into Bootloader Mode by pressing Power + Record Button and Soft Reset.
4. Run mtty (from downloaded) Choose WCEUSBSH001
5. type "set 14 0" without the quotes to tell bootloader to boot the OS after reset.
6. type "task 28" to get your device formatted
7. type "task 0" to ask your device reboot
8. take the device out of the cradle, and manually reset it if it does not do that already.
good luck.
