Strange dpad behavior - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario Software Upgrading

Bored with annoying dpad problem...
Some time ago i flashed a next rom (2.17, if i didn't forget), and got my dpad working strange. When i press it in some app, it works as always, i.e. ok; but when i press it in menu, cursor is jumping 2 lines down on 1 press and never is doing up!!!
It lead me to adapt to control, and i has got used. Although, some games became not controlled by dpad. Since i don't love games very much, i hasn't get bothered.
But recently i used my wiz pretty well and got it freezed. I did soft reset and got dpad working normally, as a long time ago! Another soft reset, and jumping again. But i understood, that it is possible to make it working correctly.
But i don't now how. Anyone has a suggestion?

I comprehend it! It was Paragon LEng

Check out Barebone.
I tried it - it's not for me. It is noticeably snappier than, say, pzucchel or Dutty's, but too oldschool. I don't have the time required to get a nice Today screen, a proper SIP, and some of the HTC gadgets to work properly.
turn off the device
turn off the device ...Press the red button next to the device or under the cover there is a button and press the volume keys on the top.... to include to setup formating to original rom setting

Dis-Assembling of Alpine

Hi,
My Alpine facing problem with "Power" button recently.
When it hung, I pushed stylus in RESET hole & I didnt knew that POWER button was STRUCKED
So, I have hard-resetted my Alpine instead of soft reset
And lost my DATA.
Then I decided to dis-assemble my alpine to fix the strucked power button.
I've gone through http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=AlpineResearch page & didn't found clear steps to dis-assemble my Alpine.
Then I've no choice to take a risk & dis-assemble my Alpine.
Yes, I did it successfully & Fixed power button too.
Here I wanted to share those dis-assembling pics with you people.

Hi,

Sorry my english is very bad, but I hope you understand my problem.
I tryed Hard resets, different roms, radios. everytime the same problem...
Maybe it is a hardware based bug?

Faulty touch screen
I have a touch screen fault also. Could you try drawing vertical and horizontal lines in note (or similar application) and see if it has the same effects as the attached image.
I would also like to know if there is a fix, ie new touch screen.

Keyboard (keys) issue..

I purchased my first Droid 4, the seller said it was in excellent condition, so i can say esthetically is great, but I quickly found a problem in the physical keyboard: when I press certain keys, these return their letters + another one. I tried an app to remap those keys, but does not work...when I press the keys in the remap app it seems to get the input of two keys at the same time ... this makes me think that it may be a hardware problem. I hope you answer me that it is possible to solve via software...
There's a video of the problem, to give a better idea https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G_PjHXgTRo

Thank you!

Has anyone ever seen this screen before? What is it?

So, I had my phone charging in my vehicle while I hooked up my boat and when I came back this screen was there. No idea how I got to it or what it is.
After a while it finally just rebooted on it's own and seems fine.
Any ideas?

Wow. Looks dangerous
Never saw that... welcome to the Android twilight zone.
Maybe try to clean up the power source on the boat... tap straight off the battery to a auto usb cer or use another usb charger!
Press volume down + power key for 3 seconds.

Tried that, didn't work. I just let it run it's course and eventually it rebooted and runs fine now.
