PocketPC Wakeup & WM6 = battery drain? - 8125, K-JAM, P4300, MDA Vario Software Upgrading

Anyone else here running PocketPC Wakeup with WM6?
My battery gets drained very fast after installing PocketPC Wakeup (around 6-10% per hour, just on standby).
This was one of my favorite apps for WM5, so if anyone knows how to fix the problem in WM6, please help me out

Power management

Hello everyone.
I am using the WM6 in my Hima since 5.10 and I observed some conclusion about the power management in this ROM. While WM5 keeps a reserve in battery for keeping the RAMdisk under power, even the device stay off,the WM6 keeps it not. Also in WM5 it seems, that this reserve damages the battery-few months of use with WM5 the battery turns off not from 0%,but the switch-off limit raises and now my battery kepps power only to 40%. Now with WM6 I am able to discharge the battery to 30% of capacity, but the battery has no reserve to keep RAMdisk contents and all was gone after few minutes(discharged backup batt). I think now,the battery lifetime can now raise again to its normal capacity. While I will not use RAMdisk,I am okay. Everyone knows,if is the power management really different?
Thanks in advance.

Task manager log??

Hello,
that's absurde but my TYTN II have a 20% of battery drain after 1 hour of standby and only 5% of battery drain after 1 hour of reading mp3 with pocketmusic software.
This is strange!!!!!
I made this test starting each time from a fully charged battery.
I think this is a real bug in wm6.1 because in standby mode to have a so battery drain there should be a task which charges cpu!
Have you idea of any software which can log task manager to a txt file during standby mode?
Is possible that no one of you have this problem???

Strange battery problems

Radio: 1.14.25.55
ROM: ASerg 67FMN
It works perfectly up to 50%, and then battery begins to melt-like... Then at 20% i soft-reset and it sits at 11% perfectly for couple of hours and then after getting to 10% - again melt-to-death...
What is could be?
up plz, can't use my phone until this bug is fixed... is there any battery-meter like a task manager?

Power usage - Battery Drain

I have been struggling with my battery life and started to make some measurements with a program called PowerGuard v1.2. I was hoping that someone might be able to give me some comparable results..
My Tilt is pulling the following mA draw
Idle: 75mA
On With Backlight: 140mA
In Call with Backlight 325mA
In Call w/o Backlight 250mA
Can anyone provide some results to compare? I have heard that idle usage should be around 50mA.
I found the Software here:
http://www.vandenmuyzenberg.nl/PowerGuard/
Without using PowerGuard and just using AEButton i can tell you that idle my device draws 7mA
I did not now AEButton had an option for recording power draw... Will give it a try...
How about in-call usage? That seems to be what is killing me.. my standby time seems great...

Click to collapse
It doesn't monitor but has the option to show uptime and mA usage calls always kill battery, but then very dependant on Radio.
I get 1.5 days of a 2700 and am happy

filesys.exe taking up 15.4MB of my CPU after sex1 bare rom!

iT drained 30% in 3 hrs.. and it remains constant.. anyone know a fix to this?
