Just recieved my first bill from Orange after having my Diamond for a month. It would seem unlimited internet does not include Google Maps, YouTube and any push email.
My unlimited internet access only covers "mobile internet" which is browsing web pages only, and not what I have described above or any file downloads.
So please check your bills as you could be generating a huge bill given they charge £2.55 per megabyte.
I am now one very unhappy customer and feeling like I have been miss-sold.
happened to me. I was charged but then i called them up and they now have corrected my tariff. I initially ordered my tariff of £35/pm 600mins, unlimited texts, unlimited internet usage anytime..... but i was given a 2month trial of unlimited OFF PEAK usage
They corrected it and offered me a refund. Now i get free unlimiited anytime data usage! 3g all day long for free. Only thing is no downloads or will be charged. You should check with Orange CS
I have got the unlimited internet and have had it for 7 weeks. I have not been charged for my imap email, you tube player or any web browing at all. had 150 mb download free of charge. I think its just a clarification of tarrif. My Misses was supposed to have unlimited but looking at her bill she is only on the sample 2 month tariff. You can check on line for your usage. Not been charged yet. I cant see how they could tell the difference between an http web page and an http download. unless they have very clever monitoring devices.

Very good advice. Orange are shifty buggers when it comes to mobile internet. It used to be that if you accessed any site outside their Orange World portal you'd be charged, but that was back in the days when they offered a massive 30Mb limit per month!
When I phoned to arrange delivery of my Diamond, I asked about the mobile internet package that I'd signed up for, and was told pretty much what you've sadly found out about the hard way.
I know this doesn't help, but here is an extract from the small print in their free brochure that sadly gives them the excuse to charge you:
"Mobile internet browsing is subject to the monthly limit set out in your service plan terms & conditions. Mobile internet browsing is not to be used for other activities, such as using your handset as a modem, non-Orange internet based streaming services, voice or video over the internet, instant messaging*, peer to peer file sharing, non-Orange internet based video.
*the very same brocure states that the HTC Diamond is "mobile instant messanger compatible"... Yes, the handset is compatible with a feature that Orange, according to their terms and conditions, won't let you use anyway! Go figure...

Thanks for the reply. The only thing to say in my case was that upgrades offered me "unlimited data", I know this would have been recorded so lets hope the can resolve this for me.
my bill states "Unlimited Mobile Internet". Make of that what you will
I had a similar experience last time i was with Orange. I had a sim only contract for about 6 months and they only billed me right once. They always sorted it but I had to pay the wrong amount each month and get it credited back next month. It left me annoyed and I was really reluctant to go back to Orange again.
They offered me a great deal on the diamond and I went for it. I told the girl in the shop (who was the manager) about my previous experience and she told me to go to her if it ever goes wrong. I told her that if they get it wrong one month, I'll cancel the direct debit and only pay the correct amount. I even got her to write that I've got 500mb of unrestricted access on my contract (she even told me that using the phone as a modem and voip are ok).
So far it's been good. I check the youraccount section of the site every couple of days to make sure that I haven't incurred any charges I shouldn't have.
If you argue it out with them, they should back down. If you took the contract out in July then you have unrestricted internet - using google maps, push email etc.. are part of the allowance. No other mobile operator charges for these separately and Orange shouldn't.
If they wont back down, I personally would cancel the direct debit and refuse to pay until it's sorted. Your contract shouldn't be any different to anyone else who took it out at the same time so you shouldn't pay extra for actually using the phone for what it's made for.
I joined orange in july during a promotion of 'unlimited data' which, and i confirmed with four different orange people, includes all data transfers. Although it's 'unlimited' they say there's a fair use policy of 2 gig. I've been absolutely caining it and when i phoned them up to check how much i've been using, they only said about 500 meg. I've had a few bills with no charges on them.....yet...
Oh, and my online account doesn't actually show anything about unlimited data anywhere on it, again, after checking with orange they said it was because it was a special deal.

Yeah, mine doesn't show it as a bundle either. I was told the same on the phone.
I'm not using it a lot, maybe 20 meg a month, but 90% of that is email and google maps - I don't really do much browsing on my phone.
I recently signed up for a deal with unlimited data too. I was told that it was unlimited in every sense of the word - every day, all day, for all forms of data. However, I was told that there was a 500mb fair use policy cap on it.
Due to all the above and the variables involved, i'm going to call up tomorrow to make sure my plan is as it should be. If they don't allow unlimited data, i'm off to 02 and the iphone i'm afraid - I still have 7 days to cancel the upgrade/new contract.
Why do things have to be so messy!
Because it was a 'Special', and because it sounded vague, I specifically quizzed two different operators about this 'Unlimited Internet' offer. I did this so I had no misunderstandings as to exactly what I was entitled to, and whether it became chargeable under any circumstances.
Their answers were quite clear, and very accurately align with what loonpants says above... essentially it was a very special time limited offer (now finished I believe), by which all internet access was free at any time. A fair use policy was mentioned, but it was enforced by restrictive measures rather than incurring costs beyond that limit... (I don't think either operator mentioned a figure, but I'm sure it will be quite generous, perhaps even the 2gigs mentioned above.
It didn't mention this feature anywhere on my last bill, (which again prompted me to phone to clarify), and they said it wouldn't, and that it would just say data charges = £0.00. I've also checked my account online a few times since, and my data use has stayed at £0.00, while I've used about 30 megs in the 17 days since my last bill.
If you're not certain what deal you have, my advice is give them a bell on 150 to confirm... they change the type and availability of their various deals more than most people change their underpants, so better to be clear before you wade in trying to defend something you might never have had, or worse still, be missing out on something you didn't realise you had.
Edit: Just read your post simcarlock, and your 500mb rings a bell... more than enough for me. And it's so messy because they chop and change their offers so much, they can barely keep track.
Well, after what I posted on page 1, I've checked my account on-line and it says data charges = £0.00.
@The Stoat - phone 'em on 150. It may be that they've mistakenly put you on the wrong package.

Tried that . Standard CS agent states data stuff is too complicated and he does not understand it so passed me to upgrades.
I inform upgrades they offered me unlimited data, they state unlimited data does not exist but unlimited mobile Internet does. They also state mobile internet is only looking at webpages and includes no streaming, file downloads, etc Try to explain both are just data so what does it matter....and the data charges are classed as calling orange Internet so must be part of the plan. Circular argument, so I will be called back tomorrow following the upgrade agent talking to a manager.
One good point is they have wiped this months charges, but there suggested resolution was to call the technical team to turn off all the data using stuff such as RSS feeds, push mail etc. They did not seem to grasp this is why I got a Diamond!

If you're on the same package as us above (and it sounds like you should be), then stand your ground until you speak with someone who knows what they're talking about... by our experience there's got to be at least three of them lurking around there somewhere
Good luck!

So you can't use either the integrated Windows Live bits or the integrated Youtube player, officially...!
I wasn't aware that the 'Unlimited' mobile internet offer was a temporary thing; the orange site itself still says 'New enhanced plan with extra benefits' on the £35 and above tariffs that the mobile internet bundle did come with, but it's not detailed on the information panel. Who do they expect to buy a Diamond with no free data?
My first bill shows I'm not getting billed for any kind of data, for what that's worth.
I asked how much does video calling cost.
They said 35p per min.
I asked are ALL other forms of DATA included in my Unlimited package.
They said yes.
Not seen first bill yet!!!
Fingers crossed.
Video Calling is not the youtube player. Video calling is charged at £35 a min. The you tube player is simply an application that enables the you tube site to be viewed easily.
I can confirm that the unlimited internet package covers the use of the youtube player and various emails. i know orange are sneaky in they use of packages but so far i have not been charged at all for my usage of these packages. When my bill arrives it states how much data i have used, last month was 75mb, and you can check you current usage online to see what they are charging you for. Stand firm.
I've had two bills on the 'unlimited' mobile internet tariff and so far I have not been charged for data usage. First month was 20MB and the second 17MB, but this is a combination of browsing, google maps and my POP3 being set up to poll for new messages every 15minutes.
Jim
well if u ring orange you can also book unlimited usage for a single day only as well, it will cost you £1 or £1.30 and its unlimited(by mean of fair usage poilcy of 2gb) for a day

it will be similar but yet not similar....................it will be threaded but it wont be all pretty; but yes threaded there is a video that shows this i dont recall which one due to the fact that there are like 30 videos on youtube......but its there somewhere
Thanks for the reply...I really got used to the 6.1 version. I hope somebody way smarter than me develops a nice program similar to what we have been using.
with this being so open...the sky is the limit on what can be done...look at what people have done with WM on here. These guys will be computing their fingers off making new apps...i am sure that we will not have to use the android market..im sure that people will make apps-> download to computer->use computer to put on our SD-> install to phone...
I like the threaded SMS - It's very smooth for me, kind of like a prettier IRC.
I give it 2 weeks max till it comes out if it isn't already on g1, threaded text is my favorite feature from 6.1.

questions using the g1 without 25$ plan
-if i buy a g1 in ebay and i dont want to pay the 25$ add. plan, i can use this phone with my tmobil plan?? only have to change the sim card?
-for request a phone now i have to select 35$ or 25$ addicional plan. when i have the phone i can cancel this 25$ or 35$ plan?
now i am using excalibur with 4.99 internet plan.
thanks
Negative. The data plan is required. It will be added to your account when you get the phone. It's tied to the G1.

Tmo said the same thing with the sidekicks. But after a while you were able to remove sidekick plan.
It may very well be. But the fact is that the data plan is part of buying the phone. If you make changes to the plan within the term of your new, two-year contract, you risk that early-termination fee deal.
For those who didn't re-up a contract for the phone, nobody knows just yet how it will work if you cancel the data plan.
This is like if you go to the AT&T wireless forums, 5000 questions a day about removing the iPhone plan (can't be done). Are there ways around it? We don't know yet. What we do know is, T-Mobile is making you keep the plan as long as you keep the phone, exactly like iPhone. If you can find a way to use it without the plan but still get unlimited data, do that.
technically, if Tmobile doesnt know you have the Dream, they cant make you purchase a package (unless I am missing something). If you leave your phone listed in the My Tmobile as a Dash, or whatever, the options available for that phone are shown and will not include the dream packages. If you buy the phone elsewhere, they wont know until you tell them.
Of course I have absolutely no idea why you would want a phone like this without data (and without text messaging, since they are likely tied) as it would be so crippled.
well t-mobile would know because i called them a day and they told me every phone i've used including the iphone. They said everytime you make a call from you cell they get info on what phone your using
interesting, because they only knew the last phone they sold me when I called them before. I have never bought a Dash from them, yet they allowed me to add tzones access to my "razr" and use it on the Dash for over a year before I upgraded to the full internet plan.

Same thing with my tilt... in fact I keep telling them that it's the wing and my.t-mobile.com never saves it. I think that if you have a t-mobile phone they can tell but if it's an att or even a CID/SIM unlocked phone (Correct me if I am wrong on the CID/SIM part) they can still see it but it doesn't match any of their phones so they don't know what it is.
wat if i have familt text messaging can i only pay 15 or 20 for data
Vendor and model/serial number are contained in the IMEI.
eg. 00|000000|111111|0
First 2 groups are TAC and stuff, third is UE serial, last is checksum bit.
IMEI and IMSI are sent to the network when the device attatches to a cell.
[edit]
Looked at the spec quickly (just happened to have Rel6 to hand, as you do)
Its in 22.016 if anyone is interested.
Composition of IMEI
The composition of the IMEI shall be such that each individual mobile station equipment can be separately identified.
Information is contained in the IMEI by which the PLMN, after requesting it, can immediately decide whether or not to accept calls made by means of this equipment.
Secondly, the IMEI shall directly or indirectly contain all information which is necessary for the network operator to make relations through its administrative system to trace the equipment to its origin of production. 3GPP TS 23.003 [2] describes the structure of the IMEI in detail

T-mobile can see every phone you use
Dabs is correct, every time that you make a call the network sees and logs the IMEI number on the phone. I work for T-mobile and when you pull up an account you can see every device that has ever been used on that account and the dates it was used.
T-mobile has traditionally not cared what kind of phone that you use, if you want to buy an unlocked smart phone and you can get internet access working on t-zones they don't care.
T-mobile knows that you are using a G1, the question is do they care. I can personally vouch for the fact that it will work on a blackberry data plan, I had my sim in one today and had full 3G service (averaging roughly 700kps over 3).
Regarding the sidekicks on t-mobile, the data plan is required (but can be removed) because of the way the sidekick stores data on the sidekick server. Sidekicks store the majority of their data on the server. The phone restores data off of the server after being turned off. If you do not have the sidekick data and remover the battery you lose all of the info, contacts, etc, except what is stored on the sim card.
I recently bought an imported unlocked Diamond2. I have AT&T as phone provider. The first day I setup my data plan, it worked, since it stopped. When I call them they say that I can't have data plan with this phone since it's not an AT&T phone and that was the reason why I couldn't access internet.
My concern is: At the beginning, I worked!!! It's just a day after the activation of the data plan that it stops working; I have a feeling that they may have blocked my phone after detecting that it wasn't an at&t phone.
Also when I go do "Data Connection Setup", I can clearly select "United States" and "AT&T"...
Has anyone encounter this issue? Has anyone got a data plan with AT&T and got it to work with the Diamond2?
They killed mine too. I switched over to pay as you go for now until i can get another plan. I will not stay with a company that shafts you at every turn.
OK so it's not just an impression, they really did block the phone... Is this legal???
In any case, I'm going to call T-Mobile to know if this will work.
Unfortunately, yes they can. Most of the time they don't care but since they have contracts with the phone makers and some are exclusively with them, they don't want people to just go out and get whatever phone and use it on their network while they lose money with the contracts they have with the vendors they own. Its all about the bottom line for them and as a business its their right, although I am with you, I hate that; however, its understandable, they are out there to make money. Now I know for sure from AT&T techs that if the phone you are using is NOT on their hardware list BUT its made by one of the hardware providers they have a contract with, then they don't block it. If that helps any.
To give you an example, I have an iPAQ 910c, not a device they sell, but since they support iPAQ 6515, they don't mess with me. I had a Q9h (before my wife took it) and then my friend gave me his HK version I think known as Q9M or something crazy like that and it works fine because its still a Q. You get the idea.
OK.
So I actually got tricked by a d#[email protected]%ss at&t guy who ensured me that my phone couldn't work since it was not an 'at&t certified' phone, which made me suspicious since it first worked.
Then when I read the post of someone having the same issue, I got intrigued and I called AT&T again... with the intention to talk to a manager and to clarify the situation.
This time I ended up talking with a very nice lady, which couldn't help me much except by assuring that the problem wasn't on their side and that my phone should work if it ever worked.
So I started thinking and realized that I actually changed ONE thing between the time it was working and the time it stops working... Guess what... That ONE thing was actually the reason why I couldn't connect to the net anymore...
Back then, I was annoyed by the USSD notification message which kept popping up every hour or so saying: "Your last transaction costs you $0.00..." making by phone beeping every single time... I found that it was actually possible to disable them (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=326851).
Well the problem by disabling them is actually you loose also you internet connection . I didn't realize it immediately since I had my wifi connection working.
Now I'm back to day one:
- internet work
- i'm still deeply annoyed by the USSD notification message mentioning a $0.00 transaction
There you have it. They might be money hungry corporate bastards and we may wish them to crash and burn but "sometimes" even they are not at fault and crap just happens. Glad you figured it out and its working for you and remember that although they can block the phone as long its by a manufacturer they support, its unlikely. Take care.
At least they are supporting the HTC Fuze which is a touch pro little brother of the diamond, father of the diamond2

Don't sweat it bud, probably a setting got screwy somewhere, it happens quite easily actually. Hope you figure it out but all else fails, nothing more surefire than a reset although its overkill and hope it doesn't come to that.
WOW that really sucks. Have you made sure that you have the right settings? Don't know what they are for ATT. For T-mobile my settings did not work the first day and I was freaking out. The next day everything worked fine.
All I can say is switch to T-mobile. I have been with them since they were VoiceStream. In My 8 years with them I have only owned 2 T-mobile branded phones. The Nokia 3390 and a Rizr Beause my phone got stolen and I needed one bad. The rest of my phones have been Unlocked/Unbranded. I use the $5.99 Unlimited Data Plan Which now is $9.99 but is limited to the amount of data. I used to pay $2.99 but when I got the Rizr was stupid and signed a new contract. T-mobile has never blocked any of my services.
Wow that sound cheap! I'll definitively consider switching once my current pay-as-you-go stuff expire...
Really like the phone but no 3G and switching to Asus P835. At least will get 3G in 1900 frequency area. This one only got 900/2100. Same price..
For AT&T, don't pay the ridiculous price of a data plan, sign up for MediaNET, same exact internet and its much much cheaper. Just whatever you do, DO NOT TELL THEM you have a PDA and on the accounts page DO NOT update your phone to match the PDA, just pick a generic version of the bran you are using.
Which MediaNet plan are you talking about?
I m currently using (trying) the 20$ for 100MB per month as pay-as-you-go service; is there any cheaper one?
(I also notice that youtube doesn't work, even if everything else seems to be working fine (web access, mail, weather...))

My locked G1 came today and although I though I'd previously seen a free unlocking solution much like the other HTC devices, I can seem to find it!
I'd be more than grateful if someone could point me in the direction of any free service.
Otherwise, I don't mind paying to unlock, (Devs need to eat too right?) but I'm actually leaving to travel Europe in 4 hours and was playing to use the unlocked G1 abroad.
Is there anyone here, or can anyone recommend a UK based, (I'm presuming they'd be the quickest due to time zone differences) unlocking service that would be able to get an unlock code to me before 5PM, GMT today?
Thanks for all your help XDAF!
The only free way is if tmobile will give it to you but that takes awhile. I use www.unlock-tmobileg1.com which says it only takes 2 hours but sometimes may take longer....upto 4 hours. Some people on here say ebay is the quickest so you could try there just make sure the seller has a goood feedback for unlock codes. If you use the site I reccomended and it doesn't come before you leave then you could always check your email from a pc when you get where your going, it will definetly be there by then. Also make sure you have the APN settings for whatever carrier you will be using.
There aren't any free unlocks for the G1, only the services which have access to a database of codes (one for each phone). Although they aren't obliged and probably won't it might be worth trying to call T-mobile if you are a good customer. Otherwise get in your order as quick as possible.
^^^Yep, said it all.

I've been on www.unlock-tmobileg1.com and I think it's a US website, so presuming they work 9-5 they're going to be unlikely to be able get it to me on time.

Or is the www.unlock-tmobileg1.com an automated system?

Can we get some info on your phone. Are you with T-Mobile.
Thanks for your response. I Have a HTC Dream T-Mobile G1.
I'm actually outside the US with a SIM Card from Orange Cote d'Ivoire in the handset.
If it is locked you shouldnt even get past the screen where it asks for the unlock code. You might just need to find the APN settings for Orange Cote d'Ivoire. Try the Big APN Thread here or google, to enter then settings just hit the menu button and a APN Settings button should pop up and you can go from there.
I'm not sure it's unlocked. I entered the APN Fron Orange Cote d'Ivoire and I can see the "E" indicating that I'm connected too the Edge network. But when I enter my Google account info, I get an error message "Can't establish a reliable data connection to server. this could be a temporary problem or your SIM card may not be provisioned for data services. If it continues, Call Customer Care". Do you thing unloking the handset will solve the problem?
Hi Guys,
Been searching the forum about this but cant find anything so i have registered myself to open this thread.
So, i have recently bought the HTC one from Three (Moved from o2) on the unlimited one plan. The only problem is that I cant get the internet to work, the phone says i have 4 full bars of signal with 'H' connection but the pages will not load at all. When it does work, it will work for 10 mins and then would just stop working again till it decides to stop being moody again.
I have tried switching off the phone, re inserting the sim card but the problem was still there. Therefore, I have called up Three customer services and they said that ' THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE AND THERE IS NOT A FIX' he also agreed that I can cancel my contract (employees in the store have different opinions all together). I now have a phone which cant get online (95% of the time) and a data plan that i cannot use!
So can someone who has this phone with three network UK please tell me whether you are facing this problem? If no one is facing this problem then i am happy to put it down to the handset and get it replaced if not i will leave altogether.
Please note, web browsing on wifi is fine and when i have this issue wifi is switched off.
Thanks,
Mareen
It's do to Three being too heavy congested... I get this sometimes on my LG fone. I have 2 different APN's that I use for Three & they both do this. Try, going into Airplane mode & then back on to reset the data connection. Sadly, this will happen due to more people using Three & they can't support the amount of bandwidth.
This is what happens with Unlimited data plans. The more people use unlimited data, the more likely you will have problems connecting at peak times... thus, meaning whats the point in Unlimited?!.
IMHO, network providers should be making sure they have reliable data connections rather than aiming for 100+mps data speeds!.

Thanks for your reply but this is not just peak time issue. I face this problem all the time and the customer services person also said it's a known issue and possibly there won't be any fix. He also stated the phone gets stuck in this mode due to all the apps installed by three but if that is the case then surely more people would have flagged this up.
I just don't know what to do. This one plan is so good and everyone at work are mostly on it but how can they connect and I cant from the same location same time if it is what you are insisting about congested network?

Wow a lot of hate for 3. I am using the one on the 3 network and do not have any problems whatsoever. I get consistent good speeds between 3 - 10 mbit/s without any of the issues described.
I am in London which is very congested. I am using an unlocked htc one and not a phone provided by 3 so it is possible that it is something to do with 3s Rom. But i think it is much more likely just a bad device and you should get it replaced.
It is definitely not a "known issue" with the phone or we would have heard a lot more about it on these forums.

Exactly! Hence this thread. Im also based in london and this issue happened in any locations i been too! Im torn between staying with them or getting it replaced.
If getting it replaced i will lose the 7 day cancellation period.

& tbf, mine doesn't just happen on peak times either. When I worked for O2 in Pay Monthly, I used to advise customers thats why they have a fair usage in place to prevent data connection issues. Unlimited Data on O2 used to be around 2GB/3GB & anyone who used to go over a lot used to get a text to let them know of cut off there data connection for that month. I left O2 a year ago after working for them for 2 years in Customer Services in Pay Monthly, so know a fair bit about signal & data & why there's generally a fair usage in place.
Three are VERY good at marketing themselves as All You Can Eat but as more people jump onto Three's network, the more you will have data issues. What Three have said is complete crap as my fone is sim free with no bloatware & its all due to there network & NOTHING to do with what fone you have.
I am on Three's Pay As You Go £15 300, 3000 Texts & All You Can Eat Data which Includes Tethering. Soon, Three will have to either cut back All You Can Eat or build more on there infestrure...
i would suggest its a problem with the '3' device. I am on a sim only plan with '3' and using a sim free device i purchased from phones4u, the phone works fine with only the occasional slow connection which i personally put down to congestion. I am in Wiltshire and generally get around 3 to 15mb download depending on time of day and amount of traffic on the network.
Never had a problem with my one on 3! Although in Milton Keynes today it went to Roaming!!!!!!!! Still worked (roaming was turned off) off to London next week so will see what happens with mine. Still mega impressed with the phone...
No issue with my 3 device in Essex and London, although do have issue 40 floors up but I expect that!
I'm on a SIM free device with Three. Never had a data problem yet and have excellent speeds.
Sussex.

Have you tried
1. Check the APN settings (try to delete and add again manually)
2. Set mobile network to 3G only (as opposed to the 2G/3G/LTE option)
Here I get barely 200Kbit/sec down and a megabit up, HSPA+ 21.6Mbit
In the next town I get 15+Mbit down and over 2 megabit up, again HSPA+ 21.6Mbit
Massive difference, and consistent with both places too. Three acknowledge the congestion issues and claim engineers are looking into it, but its been months.
Same speed on T-Mobile here so it's probably a MBNL site...no idea who to complain to tbh!
I get 10-20 mb dl speeds on Birmingham, never had any issues, don't really get the three hate. Been with them for 5 years.

Oh wow!
I'm getting the exact same problem but couldnt find anyone mentioning it so thought I must be doing something wrong!
I'm on EE (Orange) and I get cut outs quite regularly even though it shows full signal. Usually turning it on and off again or switching to airplane mode resolves it but it really is starting to pi$$ me off! :crying:

with ee its a totally different problem, there is a thread on it somewhere, its basically when you switch between 3g and 4g its cuts off,
have a look for the thread
I'm on Orange (although the phone usually shows EE) and I'm seeing this too.
If I leave my house, quite often as soon as the WiFi disconnects, I don't get a data connection. Again, I have the little "H" or "3G" displayed but I need to hit airplane mode on/off to wake it up.
Starting to wonder if it's a handset issue... I'll see if I can run some logcat next time I'm moving around. Doesn't do it all the time, if I leave work, then the wifi > H transition seems fine.
Thanks for the info guys. I used to be with three when they actually entered UK and their service was really good back then in my area. So i think this problem lies with the handset i think. Im going to pop into store and see what they say. Im just worried that if i do get a replacement it will have gap and power button problem reported by other users.
no issues at all, oldham
OK, decided to stay with three but they have promised me to replace the handset. So nice of them. I can only do this Monday as I dont have all of the paperwork with me.
I will keep you guys updated with how my new phone gets on.
