Hello everybody,
I have a xda iis. So, I tried to update the ROM. When the process is started, I disconnect the usb connection (this is an accident ). And when I reconnect my PDA, and I run the update application, i have a problem :"connection error". In the pda screen, it give me : " USB v2.07"
Plz, somebody can help me to resolve this problem !!
..
I experienced this same problem so many times... that's why, I always keep a backup of my rom in a storage card. just repeat the process and try again.. you'll be safe when your device can still be turned in bootloader mode.
thanks for your answer.
I run the process one more time after many restart my pda. And it works !
thank you borjok536, you're the best

Hi guys,
I have a big problem with my charmer.
At the begining I tried to work with my charmer and it was OK, but after a short time it resets from alone. It was the same situation everytime, when the charmer was starting and I did the calibration of the touch screen it was reseting always as soon as I pressed the cross on the right bottom.
Next step was to flash the ROM - it was sucessful, but the same situation
-> Reseting at the calibration.
I did once again a flash but it resetet during flashing and now I have the situation, that I can enter boot loader but as soon as I connect it resets.
Battery I checked -> It is OK.
So does anybody have a Rom on SD card ? -> I have no other joice, this is my last chance to get it running again.
Thanks for your help in advance
Best regards

Hi
1. Kill (task manager) wescomm.exe (this is related with activesync installed on your PC).
2. Get your phone in bootloader mode. Like this : Phone powered off, press Camera button + Power On, will enter in bootloader mode (RGB screen).
3. Now connect your USB cable to your phone
4. Download T-Mobile compactii_aku2.0_05-2006 rom and Flash it works for me

Not working with USB
Thanks for your comment, but it is not working, due to the fact that the MDA tripps as soon as I connect the USB cable (even if I kill the wecomm.exe).
Therefore my only chace is the SD-card
So if anybody has a ROM on SD card, please help me getting my Charmer running again.

Hi there I recently just got my self a i9000 and it had gingerbread v2.3.5 and I wanted to flash XXJW4 on it simply as it was the latest update so I downloaded odin v 3.0.7 and I had put my phone in to download mode and put the firmware file in the PDA section .The weird thing was that Odin didn't recognise the phone after plugging and unplugging the cable to the phone for a few times until it recognised it.Finally it recognised it and then I proceded to flash with auto reboot and f reset time only checked. Then it looked like everything was alright until it reached to Setup connection and after about 5 seconds it didn't do anything. I stupidly then took out the cable from the phone and I then rebooted the phone and I now get phone triangle then laptop. If I left the phone at setup connection would it have done the flash successfully? the good news is that I can get into download mode so all is not lost.Could some one please guide me out of this mess?
Thanks
