I just flashed my Diamond with the: RUU_Diamond_HTC_NOR_2.03.409.1_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23_Ship.exe
I'm an norwegian that's in the US studying, so they only gave me the norwegian version. Anyways, everything worked fine until flash, but now my phone refuses to register on the network (AT&T)!
Took the sim-card back to the at&t nokia phone, worked the first time...
I really wants to use my Diamond instead of the crappy nokia, but it would be a shame to downgrade to 1.93 (which worked just fine...).
Someone, please have a solution for me?
simply install a new radio....try 1.00.25.07 that seems to be the only quadband radio..
(you have to flash an hspl before)
It's stuck on 0% and won't continue... Tried several roms :-/

THERE IS A CROSS IN THE RECEPTION BAR AND WHEN YOU DIAL OUT IT SAYS "OPERATION FAILED"

Quite bad if the official RUU more or less bricks the device, at least turns into just a little computer
It screwed up my Diamond aswell The gprs is completely dead, been up all night trying to fix it, several hard resets etc, nothing helps... if it was a cooked rom I could tolerate it but official roms screwing up our phones this easily pisses me off.
Mine worked again, with the old 1.93 rom!!
What the hell did they do to 2.03? I suppose the radio rom is different at least... But I couldn't change to the old radio when I had 2.03, tried using the HardSpl...
Is it possible to flash _once_ with everything from 2.03, but the 1.00.25.05 radio (which is the one from 1.93)? Doing it sequentually doesn't work.
So what I did, as the final solution:
Flash with stock 2.03 rom
HardSPL
Flash with 1.05.25 radio
Works perfect!
Hmm i did the other way round with my o2 XDA Diamond (1.93 Stock)
1. Hard SPL
2. New Radio Rom (1.09.25.23)
3. 2.03 official Ger HTC Rom (without vendor lock)
works great as well
I've seen this issue a couple of times too. With 1.93 as well as with 2.03. Did not figure out what was the cause but never had a chance to bring the device back to life with some uninstallation or radio flash. I always went back to the SPB Backup from the night before it stopped working propperly.
I dont' know if this is the problem of onkolog rom or just the way i flash my phone.
First i use the old rom of davideuck Davideuck_V-7, CE OS 5.2.20769 on 29,March . I then got trouble with battery drained with this rom when i used SPB 3.0.
I try to update to new 6.1 rom of onkolog on 1, May
This is what i did.
My phone was on and connected to my PC. I then run HardSPL 1.56 successfully.
The phone was on again and i run the wrapper file in the same folder with onkolog rom. It run smoothly but when it recognized my O2 network it told me to be restarted after 5 seconds and when the "htc" words appear my phone hang.
i need to do a soft reset and this time it worked.
I then tried to install flip it. It required to restart after install and this time i got hang again.
I install htc Tweak and use it soft reset, some times it worked sometimes my phone hang and i need to do soft reset.
The same problem appear when i used A-A reset software.
I then decided to go back to early version of onkolog 6.1 rom (used older version of hspl) on 1-April and still got the same problem.
I tried to reflash with uspl but still stucked with usb driver.
Can anybody tell me how to show this problem . I really like the idea of onkolog but maybe he is too busy to answer me.
I've just noticed a very strange thing...I've flashed an original T-mobile rom on my MDA Vario III, and after installing it, I've just tried to run q3ce and it can run, without installing any d3d driver.Slow and unstable. I thought, that maybe its a kind of ghost-effect, so I reflashed the original shipped rom, and did the hole procedure with hard resetting few times, and after that reinstalled the last romeos 6.1 rom, and the ghost effect is still there. The problem is, that I cant intsall any d3d driver...ok, I can, but with no effect, I cant run the test programs given with the HTC-CA drivers. Could someone help me how to fix this??

yesterday i flashed hardspl 3.29 to my kaiser, then flashed a new ROM, then updated the radio.
everythin went fine with settin it up!
after 2 hours while using my kaiser, it froze so i had to reset it with the stylus but it didnt load on again.it just reached the splash screen and froze.
so i went to the bootloader and flashed another ROM and the same happend, it froze, i had to reset it with my stylus and its not loading anymore.
please note that it softreseted many times while installing programs but i ddnt face a problem until i used the stylus.
any ideas?
PS: i had wm6.1 and the two roms are wm6.5
Gotta problem with my MDA Compact IV. To change original Polish carrier ROM, I've had flashed Hard SPL 1.93 by Olinex, Radio ROM 1.15.25.14 and Windows Revolution 7 ROM. Everything worked fine for about a week, then device started suddenly to freeze at random activities. Soft reset as well as hard reset didn't affect. Flashed another roms, radios and hardspls, but problem still remains, what's worse device gets freezed at welcome screen (but you can sync it throught AS). Flashing was always done with MTTY method and from Internal Storage.
Any idea how to go on with the device?
