I've read any topic on MMS with WM5 buth i cannot receive and send MMS in italy with Vodafone operator, we have any Tips or tricks to help me???

problems in receiving sms

check with your carrier, this is a carrier issue..

No it is not an issue with the carrier
just look through the forum - there is a major bug on XDA and SMS receive on wake up

Cannot receive Text messages (SMS)

I found out that I cannot receive text messages using my Orange paygo Sim and my O2 XDA IIi (unlocked).
I have a sony Ericsson K750i and using the same Orange SIM it receives text messages. I have checked the service center no +44797310973.
I can send text messages from the O2 but not receive. Anybody have any ideas?

what firmware u using?

ROM V1.11.00 WWE
ROM date 01/27/05
Rad v 1.04
protocol v 1337.42
extrom v 1.11.171 WWE
Hope that answers the question? Funny thing is this used to work fine recieving text messages with this ROM.
(ive bit the bullit and bought an MDA compact III now)

SMS problem

Hi,
I have a problem with my HTC Touch Diamond.
When i try to send a sms to a random person, that person receives the sms fine.
But when i try to send a sms to Mr. A, Mr A doesn't receive the sms.
It just happens with 1 person.
I tried to call that contact, it works fine.
I tried to receive a sms from that contact, no problem.
But when i try to send a sms to that contact, the sms will never arrive.
Might there be some kind of blackbook in my phone or maybe you know the answer?

I would try to get somebody you know on the same network as you to
try and send the sms some phone companys if you use a different one
then mr A that is
have a very poor support devlivering stuff back and forth from 1 operator to another

Can't send SMS while phoning

Hi,
I cannot send SMS while I talk to people on the phone. Thats really nasty!
With my stone-old nokia, it was no problem to send out an SMS while I was talking!
Is this the phone or the provider??
Switching from "SMS via GPRS" to GSM and vice versa was not helping.
