I updated my Italian Qtek 9100 to WM6 English version and now all the keyboard buttons are different, it's possible to configure the english WM6 that will recognize the italian keyboard?

I just upgraded my QTEK 9090 from German to English and everything works great. There is only one problem, the keyboard layout doesn't fit anymore. Is it possible to change the keyboard driver?

knows someone how i can upgrade my Cingular Siemens SX66 with english Keyboard to a german MDAIII without Camera but with black berry client and english keyboard layout drivers?
I see many things about how to, but i don´t understand it really. (my english and my technical knowhow is too bad) When I find a solution that works, i would like write a how to in german so that another users can explain that too..

ok. now i have flashed t-mobile firmware in german and it works.
but how i can change the keyboard layout back to english qwerty
drivers?
and how i kill the t-mobile logo when i put on the SX66? ;-)
we dont have a file for german rom English Keyboard in:

There is a tread somewere on Keyboards and not sure if wiki (tweaks) has the hack for that, its a reg key you need to change.

I think i must change only the driver for the mechanical Keyboard ?
the soft keyboard is ok with qwertz. But at the mechanical Keyboard
i cant change the Letters only with a Edding waterproof marker ;-)

You have 2 Keyboards
Hardware (Based on the rom, (thus now in german) change with the reg tweak to English)
Software (Based on the rom (now in german) but you can load a external one which you will not need.
I have just upgraded an italian qtek 9100 to latest qtek 9100rom. Everything is ok except keyboard layout. I didn't know italian qwerty was different from wwe. Any suggestion to change the keyboard layout to italian qwerty?

Please tell us ROM versions.. and post here link to newest QTEK 9100 ROM.. if newer then 1.6.7.1 :roll:
no newer, just 1.6.7.1
Now I've *,. and other symbols not matchig keyboard layout. I press . and i get ' and so on. Anyone can help me?

the only problem I have is keyboard simbols, now are mapped different on english keyb.
Do you know how to restore spanish simbols layout?

Found a solution looking on another post.
you have to create a string registry key called Locale on KHCU\controlpanel\keyb
you have to assing an LCIDHex for your country from codes found on http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/winxp/xp-lcid.mspx
Important: use uppercase leters for hex digits, doesn't work with lowercase.
For spanish Qtek keyboard, use 0C0A
hello guys
i have a danish Kaiser, but i have flashed it with a custom rom wich is in WWE, now when i wanna write a sms with the hardware keyboard it's set over to english så i cant write the three danish letters : "æ ø å", is there a software fix for this ? and the softkeyboard is set to english, its got the diamond like softkeyboard where you can choose between german, norwegian spanish and english, is it also possible to get dansih for it ??
