as wroted in other threads here's my first ROM for MTeoR!
It is an German only ROM!
cleaned up a bit and inserted Total Commander, PHM Reg Edit, AutoKeyLock, SK Tools lite, AppUnlock Regs, STK disabled on StartUp, PowerSaving RegKeys

1.5.707.3 to 1.34.251.1 next ready to update bla bla next verify
then screen error [260]: update error

it is true that this is an hermes RUU but it works on breeze too!!!
only thing what you have to do is to run first the sp3dev's SSPL on Breeze...

after running the sspl.lnk file immediatly press cam+power button now you enter the bootloader and can see "ipl-sspl by Des" and an "SPL-1.01"
now you should plugin the usbcabel in and run the ruu exe ...
the upgrad should begin! takes about 10 min ?!

it should be possible, but i don`t know how the splash is encoded. probably the same as hermes.
as i wroted you in sspl thread... what would you like to change???
as you can see in my rom i have an personalized splash ...
it is like the one on hermes!!

but it is totaly useless...
because when they did a full shipped rom upgrade this is all gone away...
and when the grab you device the know what the can do... maybe not as good as we here but a shipped update ... i think that should be no problem...
interresting thing should it be to edit the cid to a personal one...
when the didn't know about sspl it is inpossible to flash a orig. shipped rom...
if we can cook a rom with a personal cid only flashing trough this is possible...
maybe .... if a have time... i build cab files to readd the other languages ...

applied the cooked one some days ago.
my breeze was 1.30.251.1 with 1.16.00.10 radio.
mainly had problems with dropped calls
After some mistakes i decided to first apply 1.34.251.1 shipped rom and radio (firmware upgrade only possible using older ROMUpdateUtility dated 03.07.06, then applying radio with the newer shipped Utility).
then i applied your's using SSPL without any problems (btw nice splash screen )
i will give it a try, but already had some phonecall drops in the meanwhile.
seems that the device is broken (read similar problems in the forum, where another guy has send it back to repair and got a change "mainboard", not sure it is true, or if the problem is fixed) but i will check it for some weeks (device has warranty till october).
if it's still the same problem i send it and also get my lost joystickrubber added

because the phonecall dropping... i had that issue some times too but this is not a problem of my cooked rom... it is also in original rom!
the problem is the 3G coverage at your location!!
i had a few company coworkers with breeze too and the gave me the solution.... just try to turn of wcdma usage in bandwitchselection!
just use GPRS/EDGE some days... you will say phone is morestable and no phonecall drops and no hanging calls where you cant answer !!!
i think this is an provider problem and when i have time i call mine (A1 Mobilkom Austria) about that

thanks for the hint, i will give it a try live in cologne/germany and have to use eplus due to my company's contracts, there's also no hsdpa i think :-(
i'm using exchange active sync very often and it was so nice using umts.
would be great to test a vodafone or t-mobile card for some weeks....
just took a look at http://www.umts-netzabdeckung.de, maybe i will write down the locations at actual dropped calls and check them later in the map...

I need some help with my HTC Blackstone. After numerous attempts to upgrade my ROM to Miri_WM61_21054_Manila_2.5_V2.1.rar and EnergyROM BLACKSTONE 20090829 StandardM2.5.rar (WM6.5) I succeeded in “breaking” my phone.
My ROM version was 1.56.401 (installed the update from htc.com: RUU_BlackStone_HTC_Europe_1.56.401.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship.exe).
First I tried the EnergyROM using the HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe and SSPL-Manual-TouchHD.exe but I kept getting the 262 and 260 errors. After I downloaded the Miri_WM61_21054_Manila_2.5_V2.1.rar and also tried with the HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex.exe and SSPL-Manual-TouchHD.exe and I kept getting the same errors. Then I had the brilliant idea to try the BlackstoneRUUWrapper.exe that was in the Miri archive. The progress bar went from 0 to 100% in 3sec and then I realized that I did something bad.
Now everything is in green tones on my display but when I turn it off and then back on the colours come back to normal. Also the Windows is working very very hard. I managed to sync it with the PC and install the ROM from HTC website RUU_BlackStone_HTC_Europe_1.56.401.0_Radio_52.62.25.34_1.13.25.24_Ship.exe but I have the same problem.
Can somebody please provide a solution to fix my phone.

connect ur phone in active sync mode with ur pc.
then run the HSPL olines wrapper.
ull enter a tricoloured screen which will say 1.56.OLINEX.
disconnect and reconnect ur USB cable.
Run the EXE in the downloaded ROM.
ull be ready with the new rom..
this is assuming u have Win XP. for other OS u need to dnload drivers from the thread mentioned in the above post.
Generally speaking if you are experiencing discolourization it is because your SPL is incorrect.
Check your SPL in bootloader. Then follow this guide. Any future queries regarding flashing should be posted in that thread and myself or others will help you. If no one responds PM me and I'll respond next time I'm online.

Hi!!! Has anyone tried to upgrade the ROm as yet... Well I have tried and failed. I have HSPL 1.56 Olinex installed and have searched through the WIKI entirely but not gotten anywhere...
The thing is that wen i connect the phone and try to install the ROM, it goes into Bootloader and I get error 202 [Connection error]
I have searched the wiki, but for that error msg, it only says connect the device againa and make sure activesync is enabled...well i have already ensured all the things mentioned but still facing the same issue...PLZ HELP !!!!

No idea why HTC is releasing this rom now "OFFICIALLY" as they.
The rom date says 17th April, 2009 and this was available at http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=HTC_Blackstone_Ship_exe if I'm not wrong.

Thx for the response, although could anyone tell me whether I can flash another rom even if I have HSPL 1.56 installed and overwrite it with USPL???? or how as I have read the thread mentioned int the above post and it still keeps pointing me towards installing USPL...can smone throw sm more light on this???

Uspl is not something you flash on to your phone like the hardspl, it is executed in your windows operating system of your personal computer, it is like a medium which allows to flash unsigned ROMs on to the HTC blackstone a.k.a HTC Touch HD from your computer. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 be sure to downgrade your drivers and disable the driver signature enforcement in vista and Windows 7 and yes you can flash other ROMs by using Uspl even if you have hardspl on your device because it will not overwrite yout Hardspl. Try searching and reading through the forum for the answers. i hope i have shed enough light for you to pass through your problem. have fun flashing. enjoy
I've been lurking with the XDA forum for quite sometime now and its my very first posting and I'm having difficulties finding answers on search box I just simply give up looking for appropriate answer to my question. Since I like to use the good old Winmo 6.1 rom (Davideuck_V-7_MSVC to be exact)my bad is I forgot to SPL to earlier version 1.15 so got a green kinda thing on my screen, so I apply Restore_Stock_SPL_115 and everything went fine. (I know I'm stupid ) Unfortunately after I update the Time and Date it suddenly appear " This concludes the beta test for this software release....... blah, blah,.... guess what? its a time bomb can't do anything on screen but to reset. So I decide to re-flash it again but I got stuck at 0% on bootloader mode and got Error 262, I tried to understand whats the meaning of it and I did, but never got any solution how? I tried to flash it with HSPLWrapper_Blackstone_156OliNex to restore Winmo 6.5 but I got stuck again on 0%. something unusual I tried to reflash more roms and it didn't work. All the Roms I've wont reach 1% Even flashing on SD card trick wont load. And my spl ver 1.15 can't flash anything. So I that's why I need your help desperately...
Near enough the exact same situation as me! I think that 1.15 file may have issues.

If you are getting an Error 262, you need to run manual sspl in order to resolve this. Read this post for the steps (post #2) and sspl tool (post #1) - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=505377. You can also get all of the steps needed to successfully flash. if you have questions, please post them in that thread.
It seems when I restart my phone normally, I noticed that the message about " This concludes the beta test for this software release....... blah, blah" the manila interface was behind it when I press the task manager and the volume buttons it responses means its not bricked (hope so) maybe the reason why I cant flash anything? Or whatever...Well that's my observation..... Please guys I needed my phone badly tomorrow
Did you not read my post . You can flash another rom, error 262 is common. You just need to use sspl before flashing to hspl 1.56.
if ur stuck with hspl and cant flash that than try uspl or try stock rom.... they get installed without hspl or uspl installed.... its available in the blackstone wiki section
and with stock rom get through tomorrow . than try hspl or uspl with custom rom later on when u have free time
Upgrade the ROM with latest official HTC release it upgrades the bootloader to ver 1.54 as well. Then you can install the newest version of HSPL or just use USPL to flash whatever cooked ROM you want.
Apologies on replying again here instead of posting on the designated thread , but forgive my innocence the thread says "" launch SSPL-Manual.exe from attachment, run it, wait until 1.07.OliNex tricolour screen says "USB" on it, then run the HardSPLWrapper_Blackstone.exe on the PC. "" how exactly that's going to be done? Currently I got the tri-color screen saying SPL-1.15.0000 and a USB on the bottom and when I flash either hspl or uspl I always end up on gray screen with a 0% that doesn't move at all, how can I manually apply SSPL? I cant access Manila interface because of time bomb message? My life's getting complicated!
If possible try flashing from an XP box, Vista/7 might give you some additional trouble if you don't use the right drivers. But if you get to the 0% screen, the issue shouldn't be with the SPL... so don't worry, I doubt the phone is bricked
So: try XP and/or using the drivers provided in the Flashing-thread

Did you downloaded the ROM from the HTC site? If the ROM is from the official site try again using USPL.
I seach the wiki page and found the latest version which is "Blackstone_WWE_1.56.405.1" and I can't find it on the official site, it should be "WWE" not specifying on certain countries, so I manage to download it from Rapidshare link. and for the SSPL I don't think I can do that coz I can't access my phone coz it has tim bomb probably the main culprit here.

I started ROM Update Utility... next..next...then shows my image version (2.03.414.2).. Update To 1.40.OliNex..next.....next....then starts update.. 0% .. and ERROR The Update Utility cannot connect to your PDA Phone....

It's Vital that you READ the guides on XDA for flashing your phone.
All your problems are answered in the forum so you really didn't need to post this. Upgrading your phone from a WM5 to 6.5 is a big leap and Don't expect it to magically fix any issues you may already have with the current version of WM.
You will need to learn how to MTTY if you plan on flashing your phone after a 6.5 rom upgrade because it's not as easy as it used to be.
There is a helpful serach function on the forum I suggest you use it before anyone else wastes their breath.

And i have no problems when i upgraded my last phone to 6.5 and i dont know why i have problems with HTC Diamond!?

You should have used Olinex SPL before even thinking about flashing your phone
Thinking about it now... you should have bought the diamond unlocker as it's a better solution.
You have to use the MTTY method before flashing with a 6.5 rom as your memory space can be changed to acommodate more/less modules for the ROM. If you don't use MTTY then your phone will fail.
