I just meant that clicking on the link went to a 404 error page
I don't own a 750V, but I posted the link to the new Cingular ROM over at treocentral.com since there are lots of people importing them right now. Hopefully that will get them working on updating the wiki

Cheetah WM6 Upgrade Bug
I upgraded using the Cheetha upgrade and have discovered a bug. When typing, the caps lock stays on, to be completely serious, it works opposite of how it should. Does anyone know of how to change this?

This worked for my dutch Herald! It's unbricked now and working smooth, thank you very much for this, now i don't have to send it to HTC repaircenter!

anyone have a english version ? i'v tried to download it from the htc eclub. it says to choose your handset from the list and language then download but doesn't give you the list.
I contacted HTC and they said the amount of people who have registered on the eclub just for that download and messed everything up. so don't know what's happening ?

Now all we need is a way to CID unlock our T-Mobile wings. . .

That's because it's a Dopod, not A HTC Herald..

wm6 on spv m1000

i've got a really short question, will the wm6 roms work on a spv m1000? i'm not quite sure if all the different devices are all the same, so if i can install a wm6 rom on my spv m1000. it is a himalaya ph10a device...

Mine too, I use Sheckars WM6....works like a charm...and dont forget to install the smsfix

I have tried this ROM but as all I have tried I got the same problem.
ActiveSync 4.5 doesn't work with my SPV M1000...
If I downgrade to the original ROM, everything is ok.
My Computer say "unrecognize USB drive..."
Any Idea

hi all and thanx for all you guys for providing info on upgrading roms for the SPV M1000, any way my question is that i love using my spv m100 even tho i have the latest MDA touch PDA , but its screen is to small tho but the m1000 is a good bit of kit with good size screen, and so im wondering if i change my rom from its original state from mobile 2003 second edition to any of the roms listed in this forum, can i still use my Tom software navigator 6 along with think free navi gps, cus it works ok with 2003 edition just fine but i need to know if any of the roms stated will run it ok, also i have found that a lot of pocket pc software does not work on my device infact about 90%, so would any of these roms help? thanx to any one who can help us :>

i think its working..because many have asked for Backlight fixes after flashing WM6 and WM6.1
regarding the Programs not working...its because they were ment for WM2003..now it Wm 6.1..u shouldnt worry about getting softwares for WM 6.1 because almost all the softwares are for WM5 , WM6 , WM 6.1

I don't know why my wizard cannot upgrade to WM6 or 6.1 after I tried many ROM, may be I wrong in some process.
Please help!!

Perhaps your phone is still CID locked,it won't upgrade to wm6 unless its CID unlocked,follow this guide to get it unlocked :-

Hello guyz i know that there are many posts about how to update from 6.1 to 6.5 but all the attached links are deleted so i decided to make a new hread. I have HTC 8925 / Kaiser (in 2014, i rlly like this phone ) Windows Mobile 6.1 and i rlly want to upgrade it to 6.5 can u tell me step by step how to do it i got some knowledge from this forum but i am still noob Thank you
