I've tryed to install rom with touch but my mda had brick? so i'm asking again, where i can download a normal rom, that will be work?

I've got a Tmo-wing and I'm installing an HTC-Branded Herald Spanish Rom (yeah.. i know about the keyboard problem.. i'll work it later).
I've already installed the spanish rom available at the wiki (props to pof for his herald-uspl) but it turned out to be a WM5 rom..
Right now i'm looking for the HTC-Branded P-4350's Spanish WM6 ROM wich I can´t find neither download from HTC-Club due to the fact that my P/N it's a wing's one, not P-4350... bummer
Please... does anyone know where I could find it?

Sorry, I was in Italy and saw a good price on the Touch Pro. Sales person assured me that I could change language in Windows 6.1. I asked several times, since I know it was not possible in wm 5.0. Now I am stuck with an Italian Touch Pro. Any Ideas to get to English Rom.

Right first of all if your wanting advice about the Touch pro then your in the wrong area of thios forum. Secondly if you want english on the phone then just flash to a WWE rom either official or non official...try the raphael part of the forum ...thats the official name for the touch pro if im not mistaken...you might get more help there.

Thank you so much for this quick reply, I am not that knowlegeable on this rom thing, but I will give it a try. I hope I don't destroy this expensive toy.
i would love to flash mine but that is whats holding me back.

i dont think it can happen or in most cases it does not but
the few that i have read seems to complain about the screen
going black and never to see light again or summink like that.
however dont take my word for it im no pda tech guru

All the interface (also W Mobile) are in Dutch. Can I change it to French (cause I'm French).
Can you tell me where to find a clear procedure to change the ROM to French (and whre to get it) and also for the operating system.

Hi Haree,
Try the soft "htc\Jade-HardSPL_V5_20R3_232HSPL.exe" downloaded from the given link. After my HTC goes with 3 colors screen and the SPL goes from 1.40.0000 to 1.40.1000 and Windows Mobile center stop running and got an error with usb connection. I use Windows Vista. Any idea to make a HSPL?

Try here. You will need a valid Touch 3G S/N in order to download the ROM.
P.S. - I'm pretty sure it's a standard EU english build, but it doesn't hurt to try.

When I put my SN I've got the Dutch version. Since I choosen to upgrade to WM 6.5 in UK since I didn't find it in French version. So If you now where I can find the WM 6.5 in FR for Jade it'll be kind.

if u are asking for an offcial HTC 6.5 it is not available and im not sure if any one has cooked a french rom here but if ur HSPL is done ie ur spl is same as u see in my sign them just click last line my sign and i have give all links u need in the same thread
or try tommy34 megade rom i think he as provided lang support in his keyboard

I'm very very a newbie in HTC product. Last week a flash wm6.5 rom but my touch diamond running slow. So i decide to flash back to wm 6.1 rom.
Anybody out there can help me :-

b. to find the right radio rom

i have problem when i try to upgrade my htc touch pro 2...am running wm6.1 english(usa sprint adition) and whwn i try to install the new wm 6.5 greek rom tells me the update utility doent be yhe wright ,any suggestions?do i have to unlock my cellphone
The Sprint version of the Touch Pro2 runs on CDMA network and this is the GSM section of the forum. Flashing any ROM in the Rhodium ROM development thread will brick your phone.
Go to ppcgeeks.com for CDMA upgrades.
Copying the Keyboard settings

I installed this rom just to see how the greek/english keyboard was implemented. Very nice dual keyboard. I copied all the registry settings and then I install Ark's 6.5 Sense 2.5 Rom. I copied the settings in but still I cold not get the greek keyboard to work. Anyboy knows why this did not work??
