Voice Command 1.6 - Tilt, TyTN II, MDA Vario III General

After installing VC 1.6 on my Tilt, the BT has been acting weird. When I press the button on my BT headset, sometime VC activate, other time my phone just dial the previous number right a way or nothing happen at all. Then the button I programmed to call VC will stop working too.
I wonder is it because Voice Dial is interfering with Voice Command. How do I remove Voice Dila from my phone?

hey can you upload a voice command cab, so I could use it on my tilt and then I will let you know how it works, basically I am trying to steal your sotware without harming you. thanks

VoIP

Has anyone gotten VoIP to work with the kaiser? If so what provider are you using and what CAB?
I use VoIP with PBX in a Flash (home asterisk pbx). Click the Kaiser rom link on my sig. The VoIP cab I'm using can be found in the "recommended goodies" section of the first post there.
Thanks, I have downloaded the client and am looking for a VoIP provider that is proven to work with Windows internet calling and if possible the settings to go with it.
Bump......
Has anyone been able to use voip with the ear speaker yet? ( with the kaiser )
I use the Fring application to access Skype. What service/provider can use the built in voip?

not yet. figuring this out is a pet project of mine. itmt I've gotten used to it. The Kaiser's main speaker is on the back in the same place so it works about as well.
I seem to have gotten calls to finally be accepted by I can't seem to make any outgoing calls from the phone via VoIP with SleuthKaiserVoIP.cab install. I think I'm missing something. I keep getting this following error. "Network service is not available. Try again later."
I had the same problem, but try this procedure on clean device (after hard reset), it works on my device:
1. Install SleuthKaiserVoIP.cab.
2. Install SipConfigTool_2_0_1.cab
3. Go to SipConfigTool and set up your provider.
4. Restart device
Now you can go to phone preferences and enable Internet calls.
ps. I'm not sure but when I install SetupVoIP_v0.3.cab with SleuthKaiserVoIP.cab problem occurs. With SipConfigTool everything work fine.
Thanks, I finally seem to be able to place calls and receive them but I can't hear anything nor can the other person hear me. I also noticed a bug but I'm not sure if its related to the first one where the other person can hang up and it says on the call with my phone as if the other person was still there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What operator do you have dan366?
I currently have VoipCheap but I'm willing to switch to fix this.

Incoming call problem

whenever i receive a call my tilt phone says "call from ____ on mobile phone." I want to take that off so i can hear my ringtone better. I couldnt find it under any settings and I appreciate any and all help. FYI im running duthy's hybrid v2 on a tilt
It's Microsoft voice command that announces it like that.
The settings to turn it on/off are under start>Settings>Voice command, or something similar. i dont have it installed at the moment so cant double-check.
Hope this helps

MS Voice Command - Caller ID/Messages

Hello,
a.) Have someone managed with the 1.60.4xx german version to announce the caller name through the BT headset? If yes, pls how!
b.) Have someone managed to announce the sms/email messages through the BT Headset?
All other functions works with the bt headset.
Thanks!
I didn't want to start a new thread on a similar subject so I thought I would ask here....
I love MSVC and have used it on two other HTC phones (Touch and Prophet. However, I got one BIG issue with it now...
When I receive an incoming call during call waiting, the caller's name gets YELLED at to me while I am on the line with the other person! If I don't want to hang up on the other party or switch to them, the yelling continues till the call hangs up! I can't hear anything except for the woman's voice nagging at me, telling me who wants to speak to me..... How do I stop this? It never used to be this loud or intrusive.
I wish some things could be configured with VC.....take for example the fact that I rather not have my appointments spoken to me at times.....or even the caller ID read out. EVERYONE around me knows who is calling! I like my privacy....
I like to talk to my phone and ask it things and tell it what to do...MSVC does it well.....what I hate is that the phone talks to me when I don't ask for it!!
Any solutions?
Edit- I don't want to hijack the original question. Hopefully someone can answer them as well....I want to know as much as I can about this app....
MS Voice Command 1.6 German

How to dial a number during a call?

Hi,
If wanted to call my service provider today and noticed that there might be a terrible bug in the phone interface.
During the call, I got a auto response system (computer) on the other line, telling me to dial 1 for option A, dial 2 for option b etc...
Now I looked everywhere to retreive the phonepad, but I just could not find it. This would mean that I can not phone any company using an automated response system... or did I overlook an option. The manual doen not explain this.
Hope there is a solution to this.
Touch Diamond

LMAO,... so sorry
I am using the Dutch version, and the word 'Toetsenblok' (keypad) is also short for button-lock. In other words I thought this would lock the screen features.
Damn.... how stupid of me. Glad that there is not a real problem here tho
I was going through the menu, this is where the KEYPAD option was in my previous HTC phone.
read the dialed number from the reciever
Hello guys,
Can developers know what does the caller press on his keypad.
In other words,
during a call between two persons, if someone dials 3 for example, can the other guy read this number using a piece of software code?
Regards,

Autolock

I was wondering if there was an Autolock feature that can be added onto our phones. What I mean is if I answer a phone call on my BT headset and I end the call my phone is in my pocket going through things. I would like for it to just lock back up right after a call has ended. Is there any cab out there to allow this or something?
Maybe you should try PocketShield.
