Wakeup Alarm not working during sleep mode !
Dear all, did any one noticed this issue that with any Alarm program or the default Alarm during the sleep mode it will note wake up the Kaiser !! I tried many times and it is the same if you adjust the alarm to wake up in the morning and sure the Kaiser on this time is on the sleep mode and it works only after you hit the power button and suddenly the Alarm is working and ringing , is there any tweaks fix for this issue

I noticed the same thing, this is not very handy if you try to wake up! I would like an fix to!
After a soft reset ik works for about a week or so. SO it's not happening all the time. Maybe it is some installed software wich causes this?

Try KaiserTweak http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=333898, go to the Notification section. There are two values that you can adjust (AC RESUME FROM SUSPEND and BATTERY RESUME FROM SUSPEND). Choose the advised values (60 seconds). Soft reset afterwards.

Disabling Sleep Mode

I've done my searching and havent really came up with much. Does anyone know how to disable sleep mode? Not just when on a call, i mean altogether? I just want to be able to touch a button and the screen "wakes" up. i hate hitting the power button all the time. If I'm not mistaken, programs like Kaiser Tweaks and Advanced Config just changes how LONG it takes to go into sleep mode.
not sure about kaiser but all my htc pda's got settings->power->advanced and unchecking
the turn device off checkbox
seem to do the trick
only thing there is battery power: "do not turn off device if not used for more than..." and the most is only 5 mins.
and on external power its "do not turn off device if not used for more than..." and 30 mins is the most.
i know sleep mode is a battery power saving tool but there has got to be a way to choose whether you want to use it or not.
There's also Settings> System> Key Lock. There is an option to not lock any buttons.

[Q] What works in Sleep Mode?

So i have done a few searches and double checked the manual but i can't find any clear cut answers of what works in Sleep mode. So far you can not receive texts and the alarm does not wake the phone up and go off. Some people claim the phone wakes up from sleep mode when you get a phone call, others say it doesn't, i have been unable to test this myself yet. Have any of you played with it yet?

[Q] no alarm clock on standby mode

Good morning everyone, I bought a Razr I last month and this week I didn't understand why my alarm clock didn't ring....and it is the standby mode which causes this bug, the alarm clock only rings when I return to normal mode
Have you encounter this bug ?
Do you have any idea to avoid this bug ?

I think we can tell you:
"It's not a bug, it's a feature"
Alarm clock is a app like every other app. While in standby app can't be launched, so you'll have no alarm.
The only workaround you can have is to have an hardware buildin alarm into the phone, wich (of course) is not the case.
Ok thanks for the answer

The sleep mode, is a mode to save the maximum the battery.
It stop all the datas/wifi/gsm. And all the "wake lock" process does not works. So all the command that could wake the phone, could not work. So in fact the alarm could not wake the phone.
And it's more then that. If you put your phone in this mode, and put of your sim card, you will see that, when your phone go back, the time as not increase.
(if you put it at 5, and wake it up at 6, the phone will says 5.)
With the sim card, it's not visible as it get the time from the network.
So yes it's normal.
And we can't setup the standby mode ?

No, it's a power minal sleep. All is disabled in order not to waste battery.
For commun usage, you have normal sleep + plane that do what you want.
Ok, thanks for your answers

Do Not Disturb function would not turn off.

So as the title says, I powered on my device after waking up and the 'Do Not Disturb ' function has stopped working. I tried force stopping 'System UI' from the settings menu but it didn't work. I guess it's a system app that has to be stopped and started again , but I don't know which one.You can check the screenshots where the function would not turn off. (End now button is also not working!)
Any help is appreciated.
Edit: fixed it. I jumped into settings>sound& notifications>do not Disturb >automatic rules> weekend, and then I set the start time 1 minute before the real time (see 3rd screenshot). After that I immediately disabled it and the problem stopped.

Long vibration @ 6 am, no notification.

Good day.
I am having trouble with my phone. Everyday at 6 in the morning, the phone starts to vibrate. The vibration lasts cca. 10 seconds. No notification, nothing. Same thing happens in airplane mode. Does anyone experience something similar or has an idea what could this be? The factory reset cannot be done for now. Any other thoughts?
Thanks.

Is there an adjusted wake up alarm? May be the ring tone isn't set and so it's crashing the clock.
Unfortunately, no. Just to be sure, I cleared all the data for clock app. Thanks for the advice, though.
Hi! Same problem here. Did you find a solution?
I had the same problem, do you have set your phone to automaticly go from DnD mode to vibrate mode?

Hi gokh!
Yes I have set dnd mode from 11pm to 7am, so the phone goes to vibration mode at 7, but the long vibration occurs at 6am.
Flashed xiaomi eu Rom. That seems to work. Cheers!
