Dear XDA-Developers members,
I'm reading and (a very bit) posting here now for some time.
I live in Holland and study at the university of Utrecht.
At the university we are researching online communities at the moment.
We created a question-list to question alot of members of different online communities. I'm interested how people think in this community about this community, so I want to ask you all to fill in a few easy questions on the link below:
http://mit.cambridgelaan.nl/index.php?id=Y3m8T2s3Q9f4&lang=en
I hope the link works and that alot of people answer the questions. If at least 10 people fill in this list, then I will publish some results here later.
Hoping to get some feedback,
thanks in advance,
Fraggar!
Hello, I'm saucey and would first like to thank everyone involved with the XDA community. This includes but is not limited to the management teams who make the tough decisions, the Devs who work to improve the site's user friendly format, to those who provide responses to the many questions and lend guidance to individuals, who at times, may be worn down and stressed out over the subject matter for which they seek your time and knowledge. Lastly, I would like to thank the inquiring minds who have turned to the XDA community because they believed that this forum was and is their best option for the remedy that they seek. I believe it's fair to say, without those who raise the question we would be hard pressed to find cause to provide an answer. Thanks again to all of you for your time and consideration, please be well and stay safe.

Nice intro, welcome aboard!
Name is Mark. Totally new at getting into the workings of android. I have many questions but all in time.
Thank you for the intro it helped. I am learning a lot and thank you everyone for the threads and the opportunity to learn. I live challenges.
As I learn I will surely share once I am 100% it's accurate. But I'm no where ready to give advice yet.
Thanks everyone for the welcome.
Welcome to the xda family.
Cheers.
I recently decided to dive into the world of smartphones and had to find out that it is much more complex and difficult than I anticipated but at the same time that's what makes it so intriguing.
Since I'm new to this topic but not new to the world of computer science I hope to fnd some help here and want to help in return if I can.
I already encountered many helpful guides here which I successfully put into practice which is a great WOOHOO for those who posted them.
Since I already made use of some of xda's collective knowledge, I want to contribute.
With respect
Yu.
Glad you joined XDA! Continue to enjoy the forums and assisting the members!
Cheers
I am Philo-Men, at 60 I am a young forced retiree from micro-computing. I am located in France. Despite this retirement I am overwhelmed by the personal work that I never had time to do during my job. I came many times on this forum in which I often found solutions to the problems of telephone (ahhh crowned children). Today it is for me that I am registering history to see if I can bring my experience and benefit from that of all my colleague on this forum.
PS: I'm sorry if I make some mistakes of expression; my English classes are not new. Please feel free to correct me if necessary.
Welcome to XDA and enjoy the forums information!
