MDA VARIO .. DEAD please help me i killed my phone !!

I first cid unlocked the vario ... no problems there
then put on the CUSTOM__RUU_Wizard_1050412_WWE_101_11210_WWE
then i've unlockt the simlock with lokiwiz
then i uploaded the new K-JAM rom
K-JAM_WWE_216901_2169101_020710_ship
and now my phone is stuck in the boot screen
i already tried uploading other roms ? did not work
also a hard reset (the one with te 2 buttons and the styuls and speak button)
but after format gives this error !
it sais:
PRESS Send to restore
factory default,
Other keys to quit
so i press send ...
and get this error:
format FAT partition
format is failed
.......... so please anyone help me ..........

Enter Bootloader, - hold the "camera" and shortly press the reset button, don't release "camera" until you can see color screen, connect USB cable, and start to flash any ROM you like
It has to be a shipped version not only a sepperate rom.
something like:'RUU_Prodigy_2080707_107_11310_QTEK_DAN_Test.exe'

you need to try to enter bootloader and reflash with a factory or good working rom...
HOWTO enter Bootloader:
hold the "camera" (bottom right) and briefly press the reset button, do not release "camera" until you can see the multi-color screen, connect USB cable, and start to re-flash the ROM

What's to do!QTEK9100 hangs at subsplash

i upgrade my QTEK9100(g4) using a clean wm6 rom ,it shows succeeded,but push poweron button,it simply stop at the HTC logo ,and more, with all known way tried,i can't enter into the tri-color screen any more,PLS HELP!

Boot screen freze

Hi
my Charmer freezes during the Bootprocedure (IPL SPL GSM OS is showing)
I tried to upgrade to Charmer WM 6.1 by ChrBeck but when the os file is written the connection cuts :-(
what should I do ??
Anywhen I used a safe mode but i don't know how to get there.
Does someone know how ???

OK i figured i out just press the Camera Button after you pressed the reset button

i tried to unlock kais130 with KaiserUnlocker it overite boot
then when second step selected it was stuck
then i tried other app for unlock
kaiser-simunlocker it contains three folders
it has almost same methord when it was overiting boot it was stuck at 85 %
when i re-starten kaiser it was permenently on boot
i tried mtt boot command it was on normal mode
but still when turn off and then back on it stucks on boot
i cant even unlock it
it stucks on 0%
please help me .
