TITLE WRONG, SUPPOSED TO BE "KEYPAD.DLL"
Is there anyone with a Nordic Wings that could upload their keypad.dll cause after i flashed my wings the mappings does not match so i can't use the swedish letters on my qwerty keyboard now.
Please that would be very nice!

EDIT: That didn´t do the trick though. After i copied this dll over my one none of the buttons worked ;(
If you have the time could you please upload the file KbdNopAll.dll also? Would appriciate it alot!

Creating a language pack that works with WM5 devices. I need the mui files from an english device.
So can anyone be so king to post the following files:

I have a dutch version, it's not english as you requested so I don't know if it's any good to you.
Anyway some of the files you listed I can't find, some give me an error when i try to copy them and some file's I can't find at all.
I found only four or five that i could copy. I will gladly send these files to you, but maybe you could explain how to find and copy all of the files.
Also when more ppl read how to copy the files they may also send their different language files to you.

Most of these files are ROM files.
The standard file explorer hides hidden rom files. If you use GSFinder or Resco fileexplorer for example you are able to see ROM files, but it is not possible to copy rom files. To copy rom files you have to backup your rom convert it to a nb-file and use serveral other tools.

Hey i have download and install the WM6 OS3.3.0.0 first of all thanks a lot to the developers..best OS on my vario ever...but i have one "problem" now the slide out keyboard is a QWERTY now, instead of the original QWERTZ keyboard.
So can anyone help me plz how to change the keyboard back in the german QWERTZ style...

use AEKmap ! its free and works great havent used the registry hack in ages since some things don't work properly.

the zip file is actually a rar file (can't attach rar files in this forum), so just rename the file extension and make sure you have winrar installed...
if you just need the slide out keyboard back in german just change the registry key
\HKCU\ControlPanel\Keybd\
make a new String Key called "Locale" with the string "0407"

I have sussesfully updated my German HTC Herald to WM6 (big thanks to XDA forums and its helpful users), but i got a problem with the keyboard.
The layout of my HTC is German, while the WM6 is English and "blue" keys are almost all messed up. Is there any way to fix this?

but sorry for me being noob, i tried to create a new value named Locate and in the string value i input 0409.
For US layout (QWERTY):
HKCU\ControlPanel\Keybd\Locale = 0409 (REG_SZ string)

Doesn't work. When i try to edit that entry, it looks like:
Name: Locate
String: 0409
I must have done something wrong @[email protected]
Could you tell me how to add the entry correctly, since i am totally noob for regs things.

Make sure it says "locale", not "locate". It was probably just a typo, but still...

Still nothing. I softreset after each try.
Can you explain to me what does the (REG_SZ string) mean? Do i have to add it somewhere?
Same issue here.. My Herald has an AZERTY keyboard. The blue keys are correctly set, but not the letters... Is there any way to manually modify the letters position on the OS ? (not sure i'm being clear.. lol) I have also tried a GERMAN keyboard fix in addition to edit the registry as found on related posts, but nothing has changed at all...
at least I haven't screwed it more !

Don't know if anybody used this since you added these skins, but I've always liked dark keyboard skins so it won't attract attention in the dark...and you made an excellent skin!!

Do you have EZInput 1.5?? That's what I used first, then added the unzipped files in the /Windows directory

Like i thought:/ You have some registry changes, don't let corectly run IA_Task_Manager.exe. Only way is restore default registry setings from another phone, or Hard Resed the device...
