and the 1st bug I noticed.
When I`m using ukrainian regional setting - it cause Internet Explorer slowdown.
Feels like it hard to refresh\render page - it is very hard to scroll page.

I found a problem with the system sound, and cant get it figured out.
I installed the WM6 sound fix, but its if the sounds "jumps" and is not fluent.
When i listen to a track on media player, the songs jumps.
Its like something is working in the background or summin.
Has anyone else experience this?

Hmm, for me MediaPlayer plays mp3 fluently... heck, even AudioManager plays without choking - everything is fine.
And scrolling InternetExplorer on polish locale settings is fast, too.
Strange problems... specially you, rac - you're reporting quite many problems. I have no idea why it's working so bad for you Probably there's problem with one of your softs installed. Did you format your hive and storage after flashing? It seems to me as it weren't done, thus having really garbaged hive.

Hi there!
The ROM is working great now, now hang ups, not slow, nothing,
Im really happy with it!!
When i use Resco Radio, with WIFI, the sound is perfect, no glitches etc.
Its only WM player, really strange. When i reflashed it yesterday, the media player worked fine.
Its probably caused by some or other software, but i cant figure it out!
I will install winamp tonight, and se if it does the same!

jawbreaker do not have the right and left button(visable),it means we can't restart the game until the dev soft-rest

I don't know who mention this, but the navigation keys (arrows keys) is not functioning properly in landscape mode.

Maybe you try to put MP3 (or others songs type file) in internal storage...
Because it's not happening to me...

I have same problem with my Blue Angel with Helmi_c WM6.
Is a solution in sight?

For the slow and jerky scrolling in PIE on large pages ihave found a possible solution.

I have only copied all exe,dll,mui files into windows folder.
After reboot my Blue Angel with Helmi_c WM6 scrollingspeed is again very fast.

Guys, feedback on the sound. I installed Winampaq, and the sound is great! No problems.
I think something i installed does not work with my Media player!!
So im sorted!
Also, the device does not hang up or anything. So the problem was defenitley the 6 tab HTC home plugin!

little speed can be gained by turning of cleartype.
Bug can be seen, for example, at 1-st page of this treated.
Beginning is ok, after while when there were a lot of texts - slowdown appears.
for example - at wm5 scroling downward one page takes less then 1 second; in wm6 - 3-4 seconds, the more text - the more slowdown.
images/flash/frame not affect speed as the text do.

Erm...seems like I can't zoom when in camera mode, anyone experience this probleum too?

It's been an issue since helmi_C's wm5. not fixed until now.

Well, there is a fix for zooming. The problem is, it introduces another bug preview image is 90 degrees rotated It was taken from BA's camera with Hima driver.

The only bug i find is that i cant get intent midlet manager to run, When i install it and try open it nothing happens... it adds it to recently run programs but thats about all.. I dunno if this is because im doing soemthing wrong or because theres a problem with the midlet manager and WM6 ?

The same bug has Helmy_c BA wm6 - it not on my mind only.
Let`s talk about native functionality that can`t be provided becose of bugs.
any questions about non correctly working 3-rd party software need to be posted - "all wm6 bug here"

Im saying that the intent midlet manager isnt working with the release.. dont know if its just me installing/running it incorrectly or if its a bug.. please help

AUDIO issue - VOIP
I installed WM6_AUDIOFIX.cab
Sound OK on GSM for usual communication calls.
BUT...
with VOIP from schap's:

I have no sound either on the speaker nor on my BT headset Jabra BT620s.
It appears the the sound is not routed to the correct audio block.

I can`t get into Internet from my Himalaya standing in cradle (im WM5 everything was fine). Is it my special problem or is it common bug?

*6/4* New HTC Diamond Software.

I know that some of this has already been released in other locations on this site by other members. I do not take any credit for their applications. These are just a couple of Apps ripped from the Diamond roms and made in to .cab format for a few people to enjoy.
Once again, I know that some of this has already been released by other XDA members. These .cab's were made by myself from some OEM packages.
I have tested all of them using L26 Diamond V5 rom. The only one I am having trouble with is the Large Title Bar.cab. BTW, I am running a Tilt on AT&T network.
I take no responsibility for any damages that may occur due to installation of these apps. Install at your own risk.

I think it has been released already. I'm still working on my version though with QVGA support. I'll post it when I finish it.

Ok, it has been released already by XDA member fultotop. I installed it and it works fine. It is already QVGA. The only issue is that you cannot rotate and zoom like in my Tilt's existing HTC Album. Therefore I uninstalled it but I can say that it does work in non-Diamond port roms and Diamond ported roms. I will abort my efforts since you do not have the ability to rotate image orientation. Also, it's a bigger file than the Diamond keyboard cab. All that being said, here it is.

I keep getting an error with the Large Title bar installation, it refuses to install and repeatadly asks me to try to install the app in a different location. I'm trying to install it on the device. The previous version I tried from the Development section had the same issue.
With the Audio booster cab I cant seem to turn on the equalizers. THis is strange as the Diamond and Kaiser use the same DSP, since this must be a hardware equalizer it should work.

1. I get the same error with any rom I try. Still looking in to it. I let it go here to see if someone might be able to figure it out.
2. I don't have any wired headsets, only bluetooth, so I can't test this one. I noticed it did load but it asked me to plug in my headset. Sorry. I also released it because if it's not working, I figured some of the great minds in here might be able to figure it out.

2. The app does'nt seem to be communicating with the hardware, I wonder if some sort of driver is required. I dont know much about WM dlls and stuff, but thats my assumption. Have you found all dependant dlls?

2. As far as I can tell I have all of the dependent .dll's. Who knows for sure though.
Thanks for reminding me about that thread. I've been stuck making cabs in the Spb Mobile Shell2.1 themes thread and never really checked any of the other threads.

The funny thing is that the Diamond cab probably does the exact same thing as the Large Title bar cab you posted and we have had floating around for a while now. BTW, long time no see.

No, the large start menu inscreases the font of the start menu like that from the cruise and the Dual, but also increases font size of the menu items. The Enlarge Title bar should enlarge items in the top title bar, its similar to the enlarge titile bar on the Cruise and the Dual except I think its got a new icons from the screen shots posted up.

Games in WM6.5 Fix!!!

Okay, so this is my first Thread; For anyone having trouble with applications such as games in WM 6.5. Basically, you start the game, and either your phone freezes up, or you only hear music, and you are forced to press the HOME button or other buttons to exit this "freez" mode... And no matter what you do, you Cannot play anything other than solitare, that cool gravity ball game, and other standard Windows Mobile 6 apps...
The solution???
Install the attached cab, and Voala! Every game you could play in WM5 and WM6.1 will work!!!
Why do you need this cab file to be able to play your games you ask???
Well, For some reason, Microsoft decided to force developers to abandon GAPI, and with the currently available WM6.5 versions, GAPI is disabled... Perhaps if the official release, they will reenable it again... but for now, this cab is your ownly option!

Well, I was going nuts thinking I messed something up... but Nope... Microsoft was just trying to force developers to stop using the old technology... Luckely, I managed to get this to fix the problem so I can enjoy my old apps!

The funny thing though is that my old games work just fine with Da_G's 21234 kitchen. I need to have my old games working. My kids and I play them every day. Handmark Yahtzee and PDAmill GameBox Classics. Now I can try driver in the 23001 build.

The nueGXDMA driver is built into the past few builds of my CDMA Juicy8 ROMs and most games I've tried work.
I guess it would be worth a try... can you give me an example of a game title to test that was not working on 6.5 without it.

I have been all over the Rhodium section trying to find a 6.1 Rom that has the media player(should be any) working with the screen off.
Official request:
I place the request at the mercy of the Chefs in this forum to please try and get a Rom out there with this, the most simplest of request.

I guess I am the only one interested in this... Wishfull thinking. I will have to get used to the 6.5s out there. They just use so much ram in comparison with TF3D as the interface.

Yea that will be kool! But WM player is the most crappiest player I have ever seen! Try Mortplayer, and it will turn your screen off! I think nitrogen might do it too! But you will have to try.

They all lose this functionality on the Rhodium. From what I gathered it has something to do with the drivers. I HAVE TRIED S2P, Nitrogen, Coreplayer. It is a simple function that should not be an issue in this high end phone. I mentioned on another thread that my crappy(though loved) Wing could do it as well as my Fuze.

I use WM6.5. It works on any 6.5 ROM I have flashed from here.

Yeah, well, I did not craete this thread to highlight the problem with 6.5. The problem is with 6.1. All of the 6.5 roms have this support.
Anyone else, Chefs especially, see if you can find the culprit that disables this functionality in 6.1... please. All of these 6.5 roms are nice, they are just bloated as well with a gwes.exe that balloons and ram in the 60% and up when the rom use plateaus which is just too much for me. The one functionality in 6.1 that is making it unusable is this very same battery saving screen function when the players are in use.

I cant believe not one person wants to tackle this.

I used to have to display turned off in wm6.1 using mortplayer. I dont think turning off display is ROM dependent. Are you sure you have the right settings?

I had Nitrogen player before I HardSPL'd and flashed my ROM to 6.5
I was able to listen to music and have the screen turned off.
There is an on-screen power button that lets you turn the screen off and lets the music keep playing.

you can search for the registry on the forum m8
if someone chef cook this registry first must search for it over the forum...
you can do it this without chef m8

Yea, this has been brought up many times so far...
I've dug through the registry for over 5 hours, total, and I conclude that it is impossible.
You can play music with your screen off by using one of those "Toggle Screen" things (like Nitrogen does), BUT, you simply can't just press the Power button to turn the screen off.
This is a bummer, my Wing could do it too. I officially give up on this Tis impossible.

Based on the new Rhodium roms with sense 2.5
I am removing my roms due to conflicts with certain members at xda, this looks like it cant be solved in normal ways. And because I do not want anymore of the bickering and fighting, I am pulling my work from XDA and all support is moved to you know where. I cant even mention that name anymore here.
Sorry to see this happen here, where I have learned so much, and met so many wonderful ppl.

Can't believe I'm currently running a Xperia X1. I have both xperia and omnia i900 and I switched to omnia since Xperia was really slow with each ROM I tried but this build and the new version of manila are just outstanding. Spanish cookers have a lot to learn from you people yet...

Your ROMS are good mate but occasionally every now and then manila crashes, also my X1 hangs every morning when kept on overnight charging. These bugs are applicable only on manila. Other interfaces like titanium and spbshell work fine.

I liked the rom .. it's fast and stable .. one of the best actually
happy to see touch-it with 3g dailer and task manger.
I just miss the footprints tab as well as the circular start/x buttons down the screen like in the newer OS builds .. (many ppl prefer it at the top though)
but otherwise .. the rom is great.

can u use the vol keys？ when i press the volume key no vol can be adjusted？

Can enyone report are there SOD-s with this ROM?

Lol I need to stop flashing roms before my phone explodes. Its the fastest thing I have ever used, really responsive and love that the dialer and everything works just as well in landscape. I have also found the vol rocker works to navigate up/down instead of the volume, dunno if this is a glitch or a feature?
I seem to have stopped getting SODs with the latest few roms, not sure why but Im not complaining. Just get the occasional freeze for a couple of seconds with this rom.
Overall an awesome rom, just not for me. The 24001+ is a must for me, love having the clock in the toolbar and the big mashable buttons. It would be awesome to see a superfast stable rom from you with 24001 and the latest manilla with the reader tab, gonna flash back to Touch-it BT my favourite so far.

youtube videos plays fine and fast too.
Htc messeging lags as usual .. annoying!
I always use Disable htc messaging client v1.2
to switch messeging to windows msgs

hi Itje, I have bin playing with my phone this morning and I found only 3 problems!
1st: Volume keys are not working (I solved this by installing Brian's Taskbar v5)
2nd: FM Radio doesn't work (also problem in earlyer rom) I instal HTC TouchHD FM Radio.cab to solve this.
3th: when reading email in sense in landscape the phone hangs when you slide down the keyboard.
This is really the best rom i've ever used! you've surpassed yourself!!
