Phone Stuck on T-Mobile Bootup Screen - Wing, P4350 Herald Upgrading

I was updating my phone to the Touch-IT 2.3 ROM. My computer crashed while I was flashing the ROM. Now I'm stuck on the T-Mobile Bootup screen. I tried Hard resting it by holding down the two soft keys and hitting the softrest button at the same time and it still gets stuck on the t-mobile screen. I can't flash to original RUU ROM because Active Sync won't recognize my phone. Is there anything I can do to get my phone back, or do I have to file an insurance claim?
Thanks.

Hold your camera button and press the reset keyhole, then flash your device with the RUU. It doesn't have to be "connected" to the active sync.

thanks, now it's working.

Can not enter boot screen.

I'm trying to run an upgrade on a tmobile device, I believe it to be cid unlocked as I've been running the Kjam rom on it for the past few months. It is a G3 device.
When I connect the device to the pc it connects with active sync, I start to go through the upgrade to another rom process answer the questions no problem, the device then goes to a black screen and after a few seconds I get the warning cannot communicate with device.
I have tried different ROMs including ones with no ipl spl, I have tried doing a soft reset whilst holding the two buttons, each time the same result - black screen.
I recover from the black screen by removeing and replaceing the battery.
The battery is fully charged.
fully charge battery, go into bootloader (hold camera button + press reset with pencil) try and do this CID unlock procedure again

G1 bricked, please help

Hello, I got hold of an HTC G1 but it seems like it's bricked. When I turn on the phone it shows the T-Mobile G1 screen then boots into recovery every time, even though I never press the home button. Looks like this phone boots into hboot by holding the return button instead of the photo one, is that normal? I tried restoring the phone with the DREAIMG.nbh but when it instructs me to press the send button or any other key to cancel nothing happens. When I am in the recovery mode the keys seem to work as I can alt+s and alt+w. Is there some way I can fix this or might this be a bad keys/buttons case?
Thanks for reading.
Is it rooted? If so, try Flashing a ROM?
I don't think it's rooted, I have the official recovery img.
Redownload a new copy of the DREAIMG.img from another reliable source. I recall downloading one that was corrupt when I first rooted my phone and it gave me a few days of trouble. Try reflashing from there.

ROM Update issue

I tried to do a TASK29 and somehow in the folder there was no task29.exe, so i used the ROMUpdate utility ..and asked me if i wanted to upgrade to somewhat ROM 2.0.0 (?something?)..(i thought that was part of task29 job...) and now my device is blocked in HTC white splash screen...
hard reset still same issue does...
is there any ROM Update utility that can be used without starting the windows from the phone?
or..what can i do to connect my phone to the PC?
i managed to do 4-5 ROM Updates without problems during time, but somehow..this TASK29 job did not work.
is it possible that i deleted the Operating system from the phone?

If am not mistaken, Task 29 did exactly what it should do which is wipe your device clean. Now what you have to do is enter bootloader by powering on your phone while holding the volume down button. If your phone is not off, do a soft reset by pressing the reset button on the side while holding down the volume down button. You should come to a tricolor screen and it will say "SERIAL" in the bottom. When you see this, plug in your USB and on the screen it should change from "SERIAL" to "USB". At this point open up your rom folder, click on the "Rom Update Utility" and follow the prompts and you should be all set. Hope it helps.

sorry. solution found
"if you fail to press vol down key and your phone get stuck on the white screen, just remove your battery, then try again: press power, and keep vol down pressed immediatly next, until the phone get to RVB bootloader.
When your phone is back to RVB bootloader screen, use the leocustomruu.exe provided with your favorite rom package to flash a new rom, or flash it from memory card using standard procedure."
you can close this thread.
