Anyone who uses pRSSreader, i was wondering if you get the same problems i do with the reader just randomly quitting or not loading your feeds. Could anyone suggest another FREE RSS reader that they know of that works well because this is just not cutting it.
I'm using Egress but its not Free. Have you try that HTC RSS Hub?
is it a free rss reader? i cant find the cab for it.

No problem with the latest version... 1.3.4 ... with older version i had the same problem. Just uninstall before you install the latest version.
Ive had nothing but problems with prssreader. It will not reliably update my feeds no matter what version I have tried. I have tired the 1.3.x version, as well as the new 1.4.x versions.
Anyone know a trick of getting it to work reliably?

I couldn't find a CAB that would install all the latest versions of the Windows Live apps (Messenger, Search, and Hotmail), so I made my own.

Yes. Today. 3.0
hhaha, well i'll be damned. they actually update it the day after i gripe about it being a "2007" version for so long. they added some cool new stuff, like their "wikipedia" search under collections, viewing lat and long, and you can enable full screen now...i wonder what google is going to do when they update theirs.
thanks for the info just downloaded it now ...looks good
Yeah I like Windows Live Search (Mobile). Seriously if you live in the US or UK, it beats the **** out of google maps. New version looks good, glad that they're working on updates. Anyone have any luck with the Flickr: Latest Photos?

Does anyone know if the latest version of Windows Messenger has offline IMs and mobile IMs? For example, can you leave an offline message to someone. Or, if someone has messenger set up to recieve their IMs on their phone, can you send an IM to them via Windows Messenger on your phone. Both of these, you can't currently do.
Hello,
I currently have WL 10.6.0031.2600
Can I simply install your newest cab over the version that is currently on my TyTnII? I see no option to remove the old version from the programs so must be ok?

Is anyone else finding a drastic reduction in battery life after installing windows live search? Mine has gone down by about 2/3. I cant get more then a day out of a fully charged battery now!
I think it has something to do with me always being connected to HSDPA/3G? Dont spose anyone has any advice?
thanks guys.
If you have a data connection open all day, especially on HSDPA/3G, then you're definitely going to suffer with battery life. Disconnect your data connection if you're not using or use a tool such as Schap's Advanced Config to auto disconnect data.
I have installed it on my diamond and when you press on the icon to load nothing happens! Anyone got it to work? Cheers
I installed it to the internal storage and have used it successfully.
Works quite brilliantly.
Try removing and reinstalling.
Tried that. Weird. Which version are you using? I have the latest version d.
Works perfect, expecially OCR at chinese font. You need to take photo vertically.
works fine for me on my Diamond. Actually surprisingly good!
Is it possible to attach a copy of WorldCard Mobile
That come with Diamond
no, because it requires registration and can only be used on one device.
Because this version is VGA
i want Just to try it in x7500 as a Trial
and if it works
I Will purchase it

Hey Spitwroot - did you ever get it working? I'm in the same boat...I have a Telus Diamond and no version I cand find of this product will properly run once installed. It's driving me batty as I truly will fork out the dough for it, if I can just get it working! I'm not prepared to do a hard reset over it...yet.

Doesnt work with my sprint cdma version either. I think something about the cdma version of diamond makes it not compatible. I tired the trial on website and the one on the official diamond pro. nada
Same here, tried world card mobile on Sprint Diamond... no joy. Tap the icon and nothing happens.
I so want this to work!

After much searching I only found shareware (trials) of CHM reader. This app called CHMReader.net crashes when trying to open anything. Does anyone have a freeware CHM reader?
Any help would be great. Thanks
Try this one, couldn't remember where I got it though. It is from the same author as CHMReader.NET but was done much earlier and as far as I understand isn't supported anymore. But it works!
Hi everyone. I downloaded fring from their site and installed it. the application opens half way and then hangs. i would appreciate your help. thanks
I use fring almost everyday and have used it on many different roms. This is the cab that I use for it. I've uploaded it to my online drive. This link will be active for a week after that it will expire.
I hope it works for you.
what is fring?
Re: fring
fring is basically a IM-combo software that supports Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, Skype, ICQ & others IM.
For more details, visit

the link is bad
can you post the cab? or send me another link? thanks

I just downloaded Fring from their site the other day and it works fine with my set-up. To tell you the truth though I been using slick from www.lonelycatgames.com and it seems to use less resources and has a better UI in my opinion.

The current version has problems with some WM6.1 ROMs. They are aware of it, but aren't officially supporting 6.1 yet.

I've got the stock ROM as well, and have tried installing it twice with no luck. It acts like it is trying to connect but never does. Palringo works fine, but I wanted to try this out because everyone seems to like it. I guess I'll wait until they get the 6.1 issues ironed out.
same problem here on htc diamond 6.1
it gets stuck in loading..

Got the cab and installed on my tilt and g/f touch diamond. She has the default rom which came with it. My Tilt has now gone back to Orange default rom.
Fring seems to work fine so far on both although we have yet to use all the options and at present, only use the messanger part.

Hi all, I was wondering, actually i was hoping if anyone knew if its possible to get the RSS reader widget pulled out of the aHome app? I dont like any of the other RSS readers and that one seems to be the best one for me. Is this possible to do? Thanks in advance.
Im also curious if this is possible. Or does anyone know of any good ones which are as useful as the one in aHome?
I Tried Looking But Sadly No Luck I Only Found The XML
I really wish this could be done or at the very least someone can release something similar.
I sent Mappn an email asking if they could make the RSS widget seperate as in its own app available on the market. Wait and see i guess.
