I'd just like to make a Grammar Statement.
If indeed you did mean to type "girlfriends" which is plural, and means more than one, than I can see why you'd want to track it.
But If you mean you wanted to track the cycle that belongs to your girlfriend, you need to type "girlfriend's." The apostrophe makes it possessive.

that prog of yours works the same like a calendar. only thing is when youre pushing like oct. 1 you will get a menu screen, which allows you the option to select in what period the girl is in, like dry,slightbleeding etc.
also you can select whether you can have sex with ur gf or not, or when do you need protection, or if she got cramps all sorts of stuff pretty funny actually^^ great find maybe im gonna buy it^^

hahaha..i know you all would ask that... we are only 4 in the office, in our department. we leave our phones normally in our tables. so no harm there.. what is so important for me is the documents that was used to be on my table...

I don't "google" these things unfortunately. I simply read the topic title, the user's post count, and I instantly remember the threads made earlier. Note how previous posters have stopped "using" their accounts.
Honestly, if you can't even tell the irregularities in his request, then you need to stop being so naive and think that everyone are innocent and do-gooders. Either that or you're part of the group. For your sake, I hope you're just naive.
If he wants to stop people from stealing his documents, invest in a proper security camera. Heck, since he's working at a proper place, get the place he works for to pay for it. Problem solved.

Seriously though, they don't even have a tripod for the phone, the Xperia isn't meant to stand on a plane like a camera. So using it as a security type spy cam such as in sex tapes or "cheater revelation" tapes means that you need to be able to conceal the Xperia while making it able to stand on it's thin and non-flat side.
Seriously go buy a real camera, set it on during the AFK hours, and hide it. Or buy a freaking webcam.
Using the Xperia is just an illogical idea for this purpose. Sigh...

Let's face it. Guys with spycam software and small cameras are going to be considered perverts and nothing else.
Here are a few things, that when I hear people say them or something like them, I immediately want to just punch them in the face.
1. "4G is here!"
Uhm, no. Next year, buddy, at the earliest. It's going to be in a few markets and a few markets for the next year or so, but not everywhere that you'd normally get 3G. And by the way, THIS.
2. "Verizon is the best (in the US)!"
Uhm, no. They may have the best coverage, but I'd prefer not to pay out of my a** to get it. I'd also like it if people weren't nickled and dimed for every little thing, like tiered data plans (F*CK bandwith capping) and tethering.
3. "My iPhone is the greatest!"
Uhm, no. Lay off the Kool-Aid.

I always get "It's a bit Heavy" - to which they get "It has a fully functional QWERTY keyboard - it's an acceptable trade off".
I also like taking the proverbial "P" out of people who still own iPhone's and are getting bored with them. I keep telling them how many of Apple FanBoi's have now gotten the HTC Desire and love it now.

I have 2 Twitter accounts and I try to use them as often as possible, but I just can't figure out why people would choose this over Facebook. You get the status updates, you can post pictures and videos just the same, and you have more of a profile established with loads of stuff. I mean all of my status updates are the same for all of them (thanks to Digsby) and please don't be offended by this, but why do a majority of people prefer Twitter? I'd love to get into it, but I just don't see it.

I've found that Twitter is best to reach a larger audience in a shorter amount of time, which is why it is perfect for ROMs and such. John releases a rom, he has 20,000 followers. These followers tell their followers through a retweet and it quickly gets around. With Facebook it could take days before anyone notices something (or says anything).
I've always used Facebook for family conversations and Twitter for my android friends.

There’s this guy at work and nearly every time he e-mails me, he CC’s my supervisor.
It’s really annoying because that leads to my supervisor getting involved in things that really are none of his concern.
My supervisor is already a micromanager and very reactionary (always assumes that if he's being asked about something that someone's not doing their job)
Also the guy who's doing this is one of those people who loves to get involved in other people's projects and pretend to be a part of them, so that leads to people going to him for status updates instead of me.
Any advice on getting him to stop in a diplomatic way without it pissing them off or putting him in a position to want to "step it up" and get back at me?

Send him an e-mail that'll be very embarassing to CC all over the place.
Actually, these kind of people are quite dangerous, because they like to keep their backs covered. So be careful.
One thing I'd like to find out is, ultimately, what is the gripe? Is the CC annoying you, or the CC annoying your boss and then your boss annoys you? Finding out the root cause of a problem instead of treating the symptoms will be way better.

Y'know... I'd pay good money (ok, at least a buck or two) to see that.
Seriously, the dude's a loser and a trouble maker (as has been said up-thread). My advice would be to either completely cut him out of the process (death by starvation) or go further up the chain of command with materials and documentation and complain (death from above). Remember, there comes a point where the job isn't worth the hassle and frustration.
I had similar problem.
My boss is female. My colleague is male and trying to make his mark. I have one day every week when I work from a different office. He waits till I'm not around to ***** about me with her. I am more senior and better at the job. Even though she trusts me implicitly, it still annoys me that the guy is behaving like a little prick. He asks to have days off in the most busy times and only asks her when I'm not around; as if I would say no! I can cope with the work on my own and nobody asks him for anything if I'm around.
When he's done the *****ing thing 3 times I've blown my top with the two of them, collected some reports on all the works I've done and threatened to leave. They would/could not get anyone cheaper and with the same level of knowledge and control. The emails stopped and now, as long as he does not mess the work too much, I cannot care less what he does. I do my work and **** a snoot at the rest.

He is probably a sociopath. These people are all around us. They're completely functional and often successful. They're not psychopaths, they won't start killing people. But they have no regard for the feelings and troubles of others. They will lie, cheat, manipulate their way to the top by any means necessary. Thats who you're probably dealing with. (There was this GREAT article by a big name psychiatrist on workspace sociopaths on reddit a while back but I can't find it, sorry)
Now, I've learned through experience that these people exploit the **** out of "diplomacy". They take advantage of the fact that you don't want to make a big thing out of this, they KNOW you wan't to keep a low profile and they exploit that weakness to bully you. Dealing with bullies is easy. Just walk up to him and tell him to stop. Flat out, plain and simple stop. Let him know crystal clear that you know what he's doing and you want him to stop. No diplomacy.
You could also fight fire with fire.
This will have repercussions ofcourse. It might mean going into a stupid office politics "war" with the guy. So think about it and choose whats right for your particular situation. But keep in mind that these abuses tend to increase and it will get to a point that it will make your worklife miserable. Its best to deal with it early and make the ****er know that it will cost him to **** with you and he better go find someone else.
OR I could be wrong and the guy is just advocating for transparency in the company (Doubt it. He only CCs your boss, not others.)
I say find him after work and beat his ass. Then pretend nothing happened when you are at work.
Definitely an option. But be very careful cause its really ****ing illegal >_>
With personal experience the proper way to handle hostile problems is to report it to management and human resources. But keep in mind that you also have to work with these people to so cool down before you say something that makes you look like the ass.

I know these types of people all too well. Having dealt with some myself. these people are not top be trusted, they can't wait to pull the rug right under your feet. They want to get ahead by making you look bad. My advice to you is to speak with him directly and ask him why he is doing it and tell him it makes you feel uncomfortable. As he can't be trusted he may have moved to bcc your boss instead, so you should voiced your concern with your boss as well. You must cover your ass at all times with this guy. So document anything important concerning him and always answer his emails as if your boss may be in bcc and don't take any **** attempt from him to make you look bad especially via email and answer him to set the record straight, r this is party of documenting.

Hey guys, i don't do anything like this usually,its way awkward for me. But desperate times call for desperate measures as they say... Iv'e dated only one girl all my life...we have been in a stable relationship since the past 8 and a half years. but since the last two years,because of my career and all,and because of some silly things that happened, i did the worst mistake of my life. i abused her,didnt respect her and never trusted her even when i knew she is a good person...she loves my alot but three weeks back she left town to pursue her higher studies...eventually,she let it all out and told me she no longer wants to be in a relationship with me...last week was our anniversary and she didn't even bother to wish me...instead she said she likes someone else now. im shattered. i know somewhere deep down that this may not be the case and she wont ever do anything like this..we are from india and from conservative families.our families know about us and they all love me. still i went ahead and fell so low and have even messaged that guy on facebook today and begged him to leave this on for me...he's 26 and 4 years elder to me and my girl..he must be taking care and maybe thats why she slipped. i dunno what to do but i wanna get her back cos all ive been doing since last week is cry. i cannot afford to lose her or i know il\'ll ruin my life...

That "you are my life, cant live without you" ****e works rarely..no girl who is genuinely angry and hurt will believe in that..
i know it that i have done mistakes...im working on that...it's hard for me and i know its even harder for her...i guess i took her for granted...she has loved me more than i can all her life...i dont know why after all these years she did this..she could have asked me to change,but she left by the time i realized my mistakes. problem is...she has blocked me everywhere,i cannot contact her on whatsapp or facebook or anywhere...she doesn't pick up unknown calls and india has limited the number of sms we can send to 20. i have three simcards and thats all i can manage to send.i never wrote to her a love letter even once,,,thanks to email and all...but today i even mailed her a 6 page long letter along with her favourite chocolates...i am not asking her to continue this relationship rihgt now...i will change and become the guy she always wanted and only then if she wants she can come back. she still loves me too much to leave me...maybe she's doing this to make me realize the importance of my career and to be a nice guy.. btw,both of us are android buffs,so i turned towards xda to help me out.
Since she's your first girlfriend, this also means that this is the first time you've experienced this. The feelings you're having are normal. You'll be sad and maybe cry for a while, but that's just natural. The worst thing you can do now is "stalking" her or send tons of SMS' or constantly calling her. Let her have some space and time to think, then after a while you can try to contact her and see if she wants to talk. If she says no, then move on. You can't force her to be with you.
I know you're having a hard time, but this is life.

i did.sent her a pendrive as well with a video...added something close to her heart in it. she's immature at times but a very nice person...i cnnot move on like this...afterall, how couldn't i be possessive for someone who makes me what i am...i love her..i have to do all this...just cannot let her go that easily!
You're smothering her. The things you're doing right now doesn't help. At all.

No one's telling you to move on without trying..like i said, talk to her, explain your past and current situation and tell her you realise your mistake and promise you wont do it again..(not in the right mind atleast)..then give her some time to think over it(even if she gives a straight answer immediately) and if she comes back, well and good, if not, you need to move on too..

it will be immediately removed, probably reported by other members, and you will get in trouble for posting it. Do you really think that if you post her mobile number on here people will send her text messages telling her you love her, or do you think she'll get people ringing and texting her and "having fun" at her expense. Probably a bit of both. Do not post her number - official all proper and stuff mod warning for you!
Secondly, if she wants to move on then you have to move on as well. I know that's not what you want to hear, but you're going to have to do it eventually so you may as well start now. Accept that she has gone and get on with your life without her. When you're with the next love of your life you probably won't even think about her.

maybe i can't give you the best advise, after all i'm just 15 but i'd recommend this: have some time to think, just 1 or 2 or maybe if you need 3 days... just think about what she can reply to any of your words. at these days don't bother her - they are for looking inside yourself. make your speech perfect. then ask her (someway) to just sit down and talk normally - this way she will know you have changed, not by begging... then you take out your previously thought up speech and hope for the best... and one more thing - be positive - that way everything will turn up alright and in the best way possible

Of course you're scared. But she's in control now, and you can't change that. Sending her loads of text messages won't help you. Give her time, and if she misses you, she'll contact you herself. I've been in this mess myself, and acting like a maniac with low self-esteem doesn't help.
Call your buds and do things with them. Play some Xbox or something and get your thoughts on something else.

Im in mumbai and she went to Manipal recently...she says she likes a guy she just met in her batch...and he treats her much better than what i did..it scrares the **** outta me cos never in the last 8 years she said something like this.
