Hey i am searching for the iphone rom for Artemis if you are not gettign what am trying to say go to this site http://www.cnsmartphone.com/html/70/29170-2061.html this rom is for HTC Tornado but i need the same one for artemis thanks

How the @#$&*! (this is a forum, no bad words...) can someone copy a ROM that's in a device?! I have never heard of it...
So better try skinning a PPC like iPhone...

Well you CAN get ROMS out of Phones, why shouldn't it work?! But i wonder what someone with a Pocket PC based on Windows Mobile would want to do with an image of the iphone ROM?! i'm puzzled ^^

Imho: it looks really ugly...better stay with real windows mobile or buy a real iphone....but this one looks really awful...

actually there is an iphone mod for wm under development and it's kinda neat. check this out whoneedsaniphone.com and see for yourself. personally i'd say it's better than that of the chinese site, but i have to say i'm not sure if it's the same thing though. anyway it's worth a look..

hello..i've just finished to make a mockup of idial clone for htc diamond
if someone is interested to code it, i'll give the graphic..but i want only serious coders thank you for your attention..regards ^^
PS: for have an idea of what will be on htc diamond..save the .jpg, put on your diamond and open it with the image viewer..i like it ^^

I like the look of it, but have no developing skills so won't be able to help. A great idea though - stick with it.

I think the simplist way to do this would be in flash, we know we can "tel:123 4567" so if the flash app just filled in the numbers it would be fine. I'd expect one of the awesome flash dev's on here to be able to throw it together, at least a basic working version, in a day or so. Would be a neat addon for fewidgets.

Quick ? about android 2.0

I have been hearing a lot about 2.0 and was wondering if it was goin to come to the HTC Dream, or only to new phones with the droid platform. Really I was only interested in the new Maps with the navigation integrated into it.

w0w the amount of noobs we get and have here is rediculous, I'm mean really this site needs some restructuring. New moderators/admins. I mean honestly this is getting out of hand, and automatic registration needs to be disabled and the people who are registering need to be reviewed, it would be hard to review the new members if there is a lot of registrations in one day. But this site should think about starting a sister site, like www(dot)android-developers(dot).com

Yea sorry I dont sit in my gamer chair with two cell phones taped to my junk so i can get the full effect of "vibrating calls". I have a real job and dont have time to sit around forums all day to get my rocks off with new developments. I just want navigation on my maps and the easiest way to do it. Thanks anyway.

all you had to do was go on the first page of the android development section and you would've found it in a jiffy (yeah i said jiffy). and the search button actually helps you find stuff. learn to use it or you'll get torn a new one every time you make a stupid useless thread like this one. good day.

by way i can't thank you all enough for all the great work you do
just the other day i was at a party a group of people were showing off their new android phones even a few that had been die hard mac fan boys have converted. the best part of all of it was my little Vouge was the talk of the all of them, "what phone is that?" and the way theirs eyes let up when i told them how it use to be a WM but now greatest little android hack ever. after that i started teaching them tricks about android they didn't know and even gave them all the best apps to check out.
i remember when my friends use to ask what is android
now they all think i some kind of know it all hacker but i gave xda all the credit and told them all to come check out the dev here
so thank you all again

I get the same thing with some of my friends when I show them my tilt and give them a little background/learning session on Android and what it took to get it on these devices. Thanks to all who worked from the 1.0 days to get us where we are at now
