I wish to buy TyTN II here in Dubai. But plan to use it in India with Vodafone Service Provider. Will it work in India. Do I get an unlock phone in Dubai? Can anyone please help?
HTC Dubai says that I will get access in English and Arabic only. I don't understand. Please help

How to check if phone was unbranded?

Greetings. I bought unbranded diamond but I'm really afraid that its diamond from orange and they just unbranded it and sim unlocked.
How can I check it?

What's actually is the problem? If it's unbranded and the sim unlocked, then it will act like any normal HTC Diamond.
What functionality are you missing?

None. But ones from orange and others are cheaper than from normal store.
Which means I was cheated.

I'm really interesting by buying a HD7 phone on Ebay.com but most of them are simlocked on T-Mobile Carrier.
Is there a way to flash a european Rom to SimUnlock it?
Or i need to pay between 20-30$/€ for a SimUnlock code?

Those of you who have taken an o2 branded HTC HD7 handset on an upgrade in the UK - can you confirm if the handset is SIM locked to the o2 network or is it unlocked and therefore able to take any providers SIM?

Yes it is sim locked and has o2 branding on the rom.
But if you/frend have a o2 contract you can unlock it for free as long its been active on that sim.

Hi everybody,
please help me i bought on uk shop online a sonyxperia T sim FREE, and i used in europ without problems with different brands, vodafone, orange, TIM. etc.etc.
but now i mouved in Dubai and i Bought an United Emirates SIM Card and my phone doesen't work, it's work if i still use an european SIM but by roamin, but if i insert teh UAE Sim doesn't work.
i can't unlock by insert code by emai because the counter showing ZERO,
so what i can do? i can flash reprogramming or do something for be free worldwide because i travel a lot???
i wish somebody can help me, regards
