Rom for XDAII i

Hi All
This is my first posting here. Really its a great site with useful informations.
Many thanks for u all for providing help.
I have an O2 XDAII i. Im living in Lebanon. I downloaded the newest rom from SeeO2.com. Rom version is "Xda_IIi_Upgrade_v111169".
As noticed, this Rom contains BlackBerry support.. I wont use this feature coz I dont need it here in Lebanon. So my question,after browsing the Alpine section, is the following:
Where can I get a suitable Rom update, Stable and fix many bugs,
and can update the whole things together ?
My current Rom contains the following info:
ROM Version: 1.10.00 WWE
ROM date: 12/24/04
Radio Version: 1.00.00
Protocol Version: 1337.39
ExtROM version:1.10.124 WWE

PS : If there is a www site instead of FTP, this would be great , as I dont have access to FTP files [ restriction by cable ]

Tell me about this Rom. Is it official for O2, or is it modifiyed, or combined like the 2nd link u provided ( The FTP one ). Which one do u advise? The 1st (Sonofon) or the 2nd combined by u (FTP )?
"Hurryphung" said he got "Country error on processing upgrade" when using the Sonofon one.

The one I compiled is ready to go, just follow the instructions. The original needs decompressing and the upgrade program I have in mine to install.
They both have a different extended Rom. Personally, I cooked mine so I'm not bothered about exr rom numbers.
Whatever you choose you get the new radio.

Do you know if this reduces/removes the problems with tomtom and blue tooth freezing XDA2i

That could be a problem with your SD card.

Help with Modified_XDA_IIi_Upgrade_v1.11.162_Radio_1.04.rar!

After read many and many of the articles, I decided to go ahead with the upgrading. I downloaded the Modified_XDA_IIi_Upgrade_v1.11.162_Radio_1.04.rar and extract it into a folder, as follow the instructions by clicking the MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe. Doesn't matter how many time I clicked it just keep saying "The application has failed to start because RUU.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.". I have searched and searched just can not find anything about this. PLEASE Help!!

how this could happen to you? if you extract the zip file... all files are came together. RUU.dll too.....

Weird things happens!!
I really have no idea after I extract the .rar, there are none .dll files in there at all!!

That's odd. Most people have no problems with it at all.
All I can suggest is download it again.
I'll try to attach it to this post but I'm not holding any hope there, doesn't usually work for me for some reason.

Please, help me chamge qtek 9090 french to enlgish

After 10 hours trying and trying, I still cannot do it.
Can anyone help me change the french ROM of my qtek 9090 into enlgish.
I need simple, step by step instructions.
All what I read in this forum what not clear enough.

I did a couple of times. its still not running the message I get is:

sorry for posting with my amateur problem! i have a little damage on the front of my x1 and have to send it back. now i need the original german software on it. i have now the uk version on it. help please!!!

hi, had the same prob ...
download the german lite image (here in this subforum somewhere) and flash it on ... then use the seus-tool and it will offer you to re-flash the full generic german stock rom ....
this helped me a lot ... tried the whole day

i`ve downloaded the lite image but i do not know how to install it. last time there were always cab`s so i hat only to make a klick on my pc...i am that bloody amateur what is nerving the rest of the forum. but you are my one and only hope...and sorry for my english...

sent you a pm ... so we can talk about it in german .... for all others: my solution worked for me, so I guess will work for others with the same problem too ... flashing a stock image without seus tool didnt work for me at all ...

Need instructions for installing WM6.1

hi guys, at first, i am a total beginner in working with xda's.
so my problem is, i tried many times to install WM 6.1 on my HTC P3600, but every time it failed. The process stopped while installing etc etc ..all in all i got 5 hard -reset's or so.
so, i have a favor to ask. can someone write me a short instruction which "program" i have to install in which order to use WM 6.1 with Manilla 2D( a friend told me this is a nice program ) on my p3600, in a way, that WLAN still works with it?
i'm hopeful to get some help

First you need this little tool to unlock your Trinity
