touchscreen problem when keyboard is out

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem. And if they have any solutions to it.
Touchscreen works fine when the keyboard is shut but open the keyboard and the touchscreen doesnt work.
I actually had a problem where all the buttons etc stopped responding about a week ago, reset(hard) the phone and all back to normal except for this problem.
Thank god for exchange server. Downloaded all the emails/contacts/etc in about 5 mins.
Thanks

cocked or stock rom...
installed a diff. touch keyboard?
etc.
don't know why u would wana use touch keybrd when the reg keyboard is out .. but a little bit more info about device would b nice e.g

installation of new touch keyboard etc.
well it was doing it on a stock vodafone uk rom after the reset. So decided to try a cooked rom a day or so later. Wow soo much better with the new rom, but still the touchscreen not working when the keyboard is out.
so just to make things clear.
i. phone keypad, buttons & touchscreen not responding after 5 mins after bootup.
ii. hard reset. phone back to normal with stock vodafone rom
iii. knowtice touchscreen not working when keyboard out. decided to try newer roms. using L26 WM6.1 PROV4 (3.51.502.0 WWE) Multimedia
its not a touchscreen keyboard, its hitting the buttons on the screen, eg windows icon top left, or the send after typing a txt msg with the hardware keyboard.

Unworking hardware keypad and strange scrolling issue

Hi guys,
Just got my diamond today. It's a 1-month used set, but it's still in pristine condition.
Today, all hardware keypads aren't working, except for the power button (the one on the top). and everytime i soft reset the device, enter the programs list, and it will scroll from left-right, as if the right direction keypad is pressed.
FYI I haven't flashed it with any cooked or official rom. I am unable to hardreset the device as the hardware keypads aren't working.
This is my device information.
ROM Version: 1.93.871.1 WWE
Radio: 1.00.25.05
Please help me as I'm desperately typing this thread.
Can you reset it from settings?
Yeah I can reset it from the settings, but it's not helping either.
Any suggestions?
I have similar problem, but not so bad as yours.
Mine is the call button that some times works and some times don´t.
I really would like to know some opinions about the diamond keypad because there´s almost no feedback in the forum and i think the diamond hardware buttons are really bad

Anyone knows what's wrong???

Problem with the SendKey --> "Telefone" won´t open; no calls possible

hi everyone,
I have a strange problem: I flashed AZTOR V7 and Radio 1.00.25.05. Everything works fine except for one "little" problem: the Talk/Send Key has a malfunction. When I press it, the last screen of the TouchFLO is shown (where the program shortcuts are). When I click on the Talk/Send Key more than once, I move through the TouchFLO pages .
I reflashed an original ROM but the effect is the same. Can this be a hardware failure? What can I do to fix this?
Thanks in advance for any answer.
bye,
Thilo

[HELP]Need Soft-Keyboard cab-file

Hi,
I have a big problem...
I tried to install this keyboard from TD2 I think:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=485179
Everything were fine but since I wanted to use my hardware keyboard there were so many bugs: instead of point ["."] it makes a delete and some more bugs.
But they doesn't matter, cause I think that I want the original keyboard back =)
So, I uninstalled it but then the shock.
Everytime I want to use my softkeyboard it shows me a message that there was a mistake with "device.exe" and it pops up every time until I make a soft reset...but my hardware keyboard worked then ^^.
So I need the .cab grom the original TP keyboard to install it again.
Thanks
Greetings
Chris
Btw: I have the Germany TP, so I need a german softkeyboard ^^
Please help me.
Someone must have a the original Touch Pro soft keyboard CAB-File...
I heard that you have to hard reset. I had to resort to that.
Yeah,
I did a hard reset a few houres ago :\
This sucks...
@everyone with HTC Touch Pro from Germany, do not install this app...only if you don't want to use your hard keyboard again
PS: It could also be that this error is just on my device...^^
