PHM TrayLaunch

I know there is a similar thread in xda-developers > Wizard, but I can't create any shortcut. Maybe the settings for TyTN II and Wizard are difference?
Can anyone please provide codes for:
1. Power Off
2. Wifi On/Off
3. Bluetooth On/Off
4. Data Connection On/Off <-- I presume this is to disconnect GPRS/EDGE/3G, no?

the wifi and bt appearing in the tray in that photo are from a different program. the battery meter program that is running also controls the wifi and bt icons to appear in tray.

I don't need BatteryStatus, just the codes to use in TrayLaunch.

hi there, really random one, ive tried this on 2 kaisers now one with a dutty rom and one stock rom both doing the same thing
version 0.05.126
build 0309
installed on, i wanted this to show the tray icons mainly, i tap on the bar on the today screen waited ages and brings up the settings but i dont get the menu like the screen shots show, also in programs i have a battary stauts that takes me to the same options im mising some tabs the ones i have are:
general
indicator
tools
calltimes
about
ive tried previous versions and they all do the same on both my kaisers im very confused
can any one help me basically form the picture below im missing this menu

Yes, try making a shortcut with this - I found it last night and it worls for me on my Tilt:

close all app

Is tere a small program (kind of like vibra switc) that if you pres it, it just closes all programs like instead of going to start_settings_system_memory_close all. i'd like to assign it to a button. thanks

wktask has that built in its features. You can either do a gesture to do close all or just hold the top corner(where the x would be) to close all programs.

Thanks. I already have the HTC manager but i want to ditch it because it's really slow. I just want a really simple 1 icon program that shuts off all current running programs. Basically i assignt it to the PTT button and it shuts it all off. I don't want a separate manager that does it, i already have that. Thanks

for me i once used "zapIT!"
but i guess since i´m running netcf3.5 it is not working anymore and freezing your device.
you can assinge it to a hardwarebutton also...

This is what i am looking, well something like it that works. I tried it out. I had some programs opened and i ran "Zapit" however my programs stayed running and didn't stop them all. Any idea?

my fault. for me it also runs only ap by app. it makes possible to get the "x" on a hardware button.
even if it was annoucend in the thread i got it to close ALL apps. never did for me - yes you´re right.
but i like the function of assinging...

Ah i see. I use aebutton plus for what you are talking about. I have a long press of the Ok button to close the app. But i need one that stops all current running apps.

You want the easy way? Probaly I'd guess.
Download the trial version of SK Tools. Install to you SD Card or whever.
Launch SK Tools & select catagory Maintenance.
Go to services & click & hold on the PTT service.
Select delete, soft reset & PTT is gone FOREVER. SK Tools will creat a back up of the file for restoration if you later need this useless app.
Otherwise you can just kill the service & that will stop it temporarily until you next push the PTT button.
But deleting it frees up the button to be assigned to something useful.

Download nothing.... delete PTT from the registery. Use the PTT button for something useful. Never see that face again.

Maybe you didn't delete the correct thing??? I dunno, I deleted and PTT stopped existing on my phone. Search for PTT remap and you will find the correct keys to delete.

Well, for starters, you DON'T open a new thread about the same old thing. You reply to the OTHER thread you started and ask for help.
By doing it in this manner you keep the forums clean and easier to use for those members that care to use the search button and for those that care to read before they decide to just go and tear into their machine before researching.

The other thread was about the actual PTT Program on the phone...This is about my messed up registry and the PTT Button, there is a difference there bud.

Your messed up registery is due to what you did in the OTHER thread.... BUD!
Reply in the other thread so that anyone willing to help a BUD out will know what you did to get this error message!
This thread indicates... OOPPS! WHY AM I GETTING THIS ERROR ALL OF A SUDDEN?
Well, if someone knew that you deleted something out of the registery it will help solve the riddle BUD.

what app did you display the icons at the bottom?

looks like a bad shortcut. if you are launching that app from the systray, make sure the path to the shortcut is correct. are you using phm traylaunch? if you are, maybe you made a typo when typing in the full path of the app.

Go to settings, buttons, open the PTT button dialog and select the ptt again, u probbly moved it around the start menu and now it can't be found

i fixed it...PTT is deleted anyway...thank you for ur help

+1 I guess you changed something, try changing it back...

Camera button not working

I have searched for this problem and also tried different camera versions on my Kaiser. The camera button will not activate the camera or take a picture, it will :-
focus in on the item in the picture
make a click when pressed
bring the kaiser out of low backlight when pressed
I have checked the registry setting from a post were the user had a similar problem...
Any ideas anyone

Start -> Settings -> Buttons || Make sure Button 5 is mapped to Camera

I was worried about that. As soon as I saw it, I was like "OMG I need to create another post real quick!" But I didn't want to get accused of spamming for the sake of increasing one's post count...
Wait, isn't that what I just did here?!?!?!?!?

I had already checked that button 5 was assigned to Camera, I even assigned it another function and then back to camera. Still not working ! The button is physically working as it clicks and brings the HTC out of low back light, but will not activate camera. Any other ideas...

I know this sounds silly. But press it all the way in. It has two stages this button. Half Press and Full Press.
