Whenever a call comes in and I'm wearing my bluetooth ear piece [Motorola H350], I hear the flight of the Valkyries. I was wondering, is there a way to change this?

Is there any way to get the phone to automatically turn on the speaker when i take out the stylus?
Why does my phone not ring when my bluetooth ear piece is turned on....this is a recent thing.

is this possible to automatically turn speaker on during a call when sliding the keyboard like a nokia communicator??
i use bluetooth for call. So duration a call, phone is in my bag, but the screen will not be locked when using bluetooth or speaker. Is there any settings or software to resovle this problem? thanks
During the call it happens that speaker turns on automatically and/or switch of the microphone.
Any thought?
