Help with kaiser instalation

I flash a rom WM 6.5 in my kaiser (tytn 2), and now dont't work;
Someone tell me, how i can put a new rom in the bootloader screen.

I think the best help would be, re flash the original rom, just stop and enjoy your phone.

If you mean, the original ~190MB Rom from diamond2 will be flashable on Diamond1, I guess not.
You can try some ported versions of WM6.5 available.

Hey there. You will need to unlock your device before you can flash custom ROMs to it. These can be found in this thread, the one with the Typo in the title (☺):

this is a splash screen: the first first screen that you see before the bootscreen(original is white with green HTC)
