I have a quick question, if I am about to buy a Kaiser in Spanish all that I have to do is flash the phone with an English ROM and I'll have a regular Kaiser correct? Please help quickly because I don't have much time to buy this phone.

I also have one more question, the phone that I am looking to purchase has a Z key missing, is there any way (and if so how or where and how much) to get a new Z key for the phone?

ebay is your friend my friend ... search for replacement keypads for kaiser. And secondly why don't you buy from someone here??? alot of kaiser users are selling their kaisers as they are switching to the fuze or someother new phone for htc.
hell I would love to buy from someone here but the thing is people are looking for a lot more here then on EBay right? Like I mean I am looking at them on Ebay for like $200? If some one can offer a deal around there I would much rather buy from here.

It seems to me the two best sites I have found for Kaiser parts, are CNN.CN and cellulardr - both sell the keypad
.. I have the possbility to buy my friend's 'old' X1 for a cheap price.
However I'm unsure to do this or whether to just buy a whole new phone all together, and if so, what phone would be just as good as the X1?

I would buy X2 in that case,
I see nothing comparable.
If you have less money get X1, but it's better to buy a new one.
The only interesting choice for some reasons could be
HTC HD2....
Just my 2 cents.
mmm the HD2 is so sexy! or u could get the X3 if u can wait!
If you are italian, TIM sell X1 at 199€ only.
It's a great oppurtunity.
The question is not whether you should, but how much it costs.
...and next time get a security program such as GuardMobile. There would at least be a chance of you recovering your phone.

i would say, it's time to buy a new phone for you. sell the rest of it you may still get $50 - $100 for parts
new mobo is just not worth it with kaiser

A google Nexus or an Iphone 4g is what I would go for.

Find one on ebay with a Cracked Screen..
Just found a company that will fit a new USB socket £35 ($60)

the connector is all that's wrong with it????
did you rip it off or is still in place just not usable?
if it's ripped off, it might be that it took piece of circuit with it, but why worry, just get a battery charger with another battery for $10 together and you don't need the connector.
I disabled connector on my kaiser, by trying to reset it, while I was angry and forcefully pushing pen into connector instead of reset button could have been fixed, but I never bothered.
I wouldn't spend $60 on an almost 3 year old phone.

If u r not going to install the digitized then the phone will be of no use, if that's the case then would u like selling the mainboard, I want a mother board as my hd2 motherboard has the display connector broken which I want to get repaired, if u r intreated then tell the quote

Actually, I sold the HD2 in ebay. And the screen is remaining with me.
I see on eBay u now can buy stock HTC one(m7) battery replacements. Have any of u done this yet. I would like to. I think my battery has lost about %15 of its life sence I bought my phone. I really don't want to buy a new one cause this phone is still fast even underclocked. I want anyone's thoughts on this.
