Sorry but I've never installed a new Rom on my WM device before. But with Touch HD I can't resist the desire to try out the new Roms here at xda-dev forum. But I don't know how to do it. Could anyone pls tell me the procedure of installing the new Rom? Help will be much appreciated.

Don't start a new thread for an existing topic. If you have a problem / question about miri's ROM, ask in the ROM thread. If everyone with a question asked it in the ROM Development forum, instead of posting in the correct thread, or searching for the answer, you'd never be able to find anything.
Please take some time to read the forum Rules and Announcment before posting.

PhamQuang does not like his links posted on other forums. Also, Microsoft have previously instructed xda to remove all PQ links - Please remove the link. The arrangement we have is that those who want the rom can pm myself, pandemoniumone, xaoc747 and now I guess they can pm you also for the link.
Also you are posting new threads for every new PDAViet rom, please rather consolidate these to at 1 thread per chef and don't start a new thread each time a new rom comes out as they are starting to flood the forum now. I know the roms are popular, but I believe 1 thread per chef is sufficient. If it;s good enough for our chefs here to limit their threads to 1 or at most 2 threads I really don't see why the others need a new thread per rom.

Ditto -- and please read the wiki before posting questions. That's a Leo ROM. ROMs can't be used between different devices.
