Looks wicked.
u can use visual shellstyles,but as soon as u start to use non mac styles the whole thing loses its appeal.
its not shareware,its free and its in its version 2 state which i believe is final.however like all software other versions appear

Just got a Tilt 8925 (ATT carrier), and looking for any website where I can download a free Ringtone or Theme for my phone.
BTW, any free software to make a ringtone from favorite MP3 songs?

P.S. Cost too much for 8925 and access already, so i dont have $ for software
free ringtones at funformobile.com, click on media search, type name of ringtone, download and save. I use it for everything basically finds anything I'm looking for.

use audacity(free) to edit your music into ringtones then toss them in your windows or ringtones folder (i think it has to be a wav file, not sure!)
you can also try www.coolsmartphone.com Gears who runs the site has ton's of ringtones, apps & utils on there... Also good for upcoming news on Win Mobile devices.

Those are pretty nice. If you need a place to store 'em let me know. I'd be glad to put 'em on my site for you.
Man you don't need any websites. Just find a good free mp3 editor, rip your favorite songs from your cd collection, edit them down to 20 seconds and put them on your phone. Simple and free the whole way.
Use Audacity. It's totally free.
Or there is a free online editor, an alternative to installing Audacity

I exchanged my defective Tilt for a new one and unfortunately didn't back up my cab files I loaded. Through searching here I managed to get some back, but I'm lost on finding a few others. Can someone point me to the following cabs? Thanks.

1. To install a .cab, just plug in your phone, copy the .cab over to the Documents on your phone, then go into your phone, do Start Menu > Programs > File Explorer, go to My Documents, then click on the .cab

Looking for Ringtones/Theme/Wallpaper??? I stumbled upon this page w w w.zedge.net (no spaces between w's) They have some pretty cool stuff to download for free. Tho this site does let you download a few items as you browse it then asks you to Register with them. It will give you a message saying "You have reach the downloading limit for the day" If you dont wanna Register, you can wait a few hours then go back to the site and start downloading away again, or you can Register (No Costs) With the standard requirements, UserName/Email/Password to have unlimited access to the site.
Theres 2 ways of downloading Items A) Directly to you your phone from the site OR B) To your Desktop/Laptop then transfer it via USB/MemoryCard/ActiveSync (which is what I did) They have some very neat wallpapers and some unique sounds (Ringtones/SMS Alerts) for your devices. You can sample the sounds before downloading, just FYI......hehe

Also, I think this is a good idea for boot animations, but looking through your previous posts, you seem to be requesting help a lot, (not that that is bad, but none of it is relative to this). How did you come up with this site, and where are the uploaded files going to?

Thanks for reminding me about that link. I removed it
My background is mostly web development and system managements in php and linux(most redhat and suse). So making this site was not that hard. I had the idea for a while, I only decided to get it done about two weeks ago. I found a few documents describing the bootanimation.zip structure and found a very nicely detailed document inside the atrix bootanimation which gave me a lot of details I wanted. The rest was simply playing around in php and linux to create a simple version of aboota.
For now I am keeping the files on my server so in near future when search and browse are complete we can share our creations with others, and hopefully on other phones too.
