having problem turning on bluetooth.Getting error message saying problem with bluetooth hardware. How can I fix.Please I need someone help

Don´t know if any one can help me about this one:
when i use my wireless and stop it, i can not activate the bluetooth, error:
(The Bluetooth radio failed to turn On due to insufficient driver memory available.You must perform a normal reset before you can tur On the Bluetooth Radio.)
When i use just bluetooth without using my wireless no problem at all.

Problem found!!! By some way, something to do with Omega One Battery Pack Pro. If i disable Omega, problem is solved. I´ve seen a post in clubimate relating with this (http://www.clubimate.com/forums/tm.asp?m=14268);(need login), Is there any one using omega? and also has that problem too??

When you don't hear your calls and infact your call is in progress, this occurs normally in the morning when your unit take a nap in the night.
The solution is turn ON your bluetooth and then turn it OFF or just remain it to ON.
This problems occurs frequently who use bluetooth headsets.
I don't use any bluetooth headset and I still have this issue... can't ear anything...

!Working! Solution
Remove BTTrayCE.lnk from Windows\StartUp, and the sound problem is solved.
To enable BT again, run Run_BTTrayCE_10.lnk and BT icon will appear.
To disable it again, u have to soft reset the machine.

THIS WORS FINE. I HAVE THAT SYSTEM WORKING IN MY 9090, FOR 2 MONTHS ALMOST AND THE PROBLEM GONES.

BY THE WAY, I FOUND THIS PROGRAM THAT IS THE SAME OF WINDOWS XP TASK MANAGER, TO POCKET PC, THAT ENABLE YOU TO END THE PROCESS WITHOUT RESET.
Please can someone give a solution for this "no hearing the caller" problem!!!! Otherwise I can't use my qtek 9090. Everytime to switch the BT on and off isn't real solution.

yes but is that a real solution. I mean it' s not a real automatically solution. everytime I want to use BT I have to start it. is a radio update to 113 no solution?

Is there anyaway to reinstall original ATT tilt bluetooth radio? If Not could someone please tell me how to turn it on. My device always sends me an error message that it was unable to turn on bluetooth radio, thus I'm unable to pair a bluetooth to my device.

At work I use bluetooth headphones/headset for CALLS
So I am never wearing the headphones/headset unless I am on a PHONE CALL
My problem is that as bluetooth is connected only the phone call sound is coming from the phone - However none of my notifications are showing

I have no experience with this, but read another thread, here, yesterday describing this.
It seems to be a "feature" of pie.
I use a bluetooth headset all day and the issue I've had with all of the Rom's I've tried is chronic bluetooth crashing. In the middle of the call, when I'm not on the call, etc., I get the annoying alert "Phone has disconnected" often followed a brief time later with "phone has reconnected."
I have no idea what's causing this and I've used multiple bluetooth headsets and even car connections. This has happened with Lineage, Havok, ResurrectionRemi, Bliss, and all of the others I've tried, even with no other apps installed. I've also used multiple Galaxy S5 devices (I have three of them) and they all suffer this problem.
Is there an improved BT radio or something else that can be flashed independently to solve this problem?
I'd offer a bounty if I could to help me solve the problem but I am not sure if that's allowed on this forum.
