Hi all. I have a T-Mobile MDA that I have flashed with the latest i-Mate and Qtek roms as well as the stock T-Mo rom and I can't seem to find a network. Whereas several other phones can (including my i-mate JasJar). Is there something that I can do to help the reception so that it can find a network (upgrade radio rom maybe). ANYTHING - I AM DESPERATE!

is the phone and bluetooth working? It maybe a damage of the device.
everything works perfect. bluetooth, wifi... the only thing is that it does not find at network when I am at work. It does in some other places but not at work. When I use another cell phone (motorola, nokia) then i have no problem getting a network where I am. As soon as I put my chip in the MDA I can't find a network even when I do a manual search. The only thing it can find is Cingular but not a T-Mo network
now i understand I thought you mean a wifi network, not a GSM network. the signal is often very bad. after i hit my vario a few times, it worked better, sounds crazy, but it has worked but i don't recommend this solution

Just got back from Jamaica and had a problem with networks.
I use the QTEK 9100 with the rom details as listed below.
My problem is the phone only connected to Digicel twice over there, other than that it was on cable and wireless who wouldnt allow my GPRS connections to work.
I went into network settings so many times doing manual searches but only twice did it get digicel.
My wifes motorola stayed on Digicel all week, I put my sim card into her phone and bang straight onto digicel.
So why wouldn't my Qtek stay on it or even find it.
Any ideas?

this has been happening for a few days thought it myte of bin an ornage problem but its gone on to long, i cannot get the internet in 3g or H mode only with G on orange does any one else have this problem????
hi guys, i have a tytn 2 and the problem is whenever i try logging on to windows live it says something about low reception error, even though i am connected to the net and the net works fine. wen i put a different network in everything works along with messenger but why? the network that giving trouble is 3g the other is not i have done a hard reset already and hsdpa is off. i'm currently in jamaica using claro 3g unlimited internet access, this one gives the trouble but when i put in digicel and its not 3g it works fine.
Hi i have a MDA Compact IV/Diamond and have tried 10+ roms and radio's but the wifi will just not turn on for some reason.
When i click the wifi on it just switches straight back of, I have even tried the stock T-Mobile Rom and even that didn't work.
Any Ideas?
