Hi,
I'm unable to perform commands through my bluetooth headset. Paring is successful, i can have conversations with the bluetooth activated. But i can't redial the last number, nor do a voice speed dial. I have the Kaiser SFR branded ( v1615 )
I have the latest Cyberon installed. Anyway i don't think the redialing has anything to do vith cyberon or voice command.
I have a bluetrek G3 headset, and i also tried a nokia hs11 headset i borrowed from a colleague. i still the same problem, so the problem doesn't come from the headset.
Help anyone, please !
Thanks
Hows it going folks,
I was wondering if anyone has any fixes for the caller id over bluetooth. I tried it with and without the jetware program but the CID just doesn't seem to work correctly on the parrot display. Everything else over BT seems to work perfectly though. I hope someone has input for me.
Thanks
ILL
I don't know how the parrot works, but with my Pioneer BT-980 (I think that's the model #. It's the one with BT built-in) car stereo, it will only show the number, not the name, until I beam each phonebook entry to my cat stereo first. Once I beam each phonebook entry to my car stereo, then it shows the caller's name and number on the head unit. Maybe you need to do the same with the parrot?
search for jetware bluetooth.
a very interesting application that sends Caller ID(name) to your bluetooth device.
Works on tytn ii.
I have the Parrot 3200 and I get caller ID plus name announce when receiving a call.
I get name announced too on a CK3000 Evo.
But I'd like to know if someone managed to get the parrot to trigger the Kaiser's VoiceCommand (currently it just use the kit's internal voicetags memory)
Also, when I make outbound calls... my caller ID is hidden (no matter what settings is applied on the Kaiser)
hello i did not find anything on the search
so i will ask here is there a way to make the phone annouce who is calling and or have it annouce it to my headset ?
AL
Buy Microsoft Voice Command.
For some reason today MS Voice Command stopped announcing things such as messages and incoming phone calls. It wrked fine before, announced everything, but now when i get a call or message (vmail, txt, email) my headset will beep as iff it were about to anounce like it did before but then is just silent (i can hear the speaker active though as iff the bluetooth is active). I have everything checked to announce in the options and nothing has been changed but i am just wondering if anyone can help me solve this prob;em...ive also tried unchecking all options, soft resetting and then rechecking them all to no avail...
sorry guys i ended up finding a solution...my own idiocy lol
just bought a new bluetooth headset (jabra bt530) and now voice command won't announce calls through the headset. the phone rings and the headset also makes a sound to notify of a call, but it won't announce the caller's name. i can perform all other voice command functions from the headset.
everything worked fine with my last headset. and calls are announced when the headset is off so the phone isn't the problem. if it means anything, this headset has the wireless stereo profile.

Did you go into Voice Command Setting and Click Notifications and set it to announce over bluetooth?
You may search for the MSVC Tutorial Thread in The Kaiser Software Section.
I have to be a real newb...what is voice command?Where is it?
Its a program that you have to install unless you have it in your rom already, it allows you to COMPLETELY use you phone with voice commands. It requires no voice training at all, it works with microsoft's dynamic voice recognition.
fixed one problem and got another. using start>connections>bluetooth, i turned off the wireless stereo option and the headset started announcing calls. however, now the headset won't announce text messages. they'll just go through the phone speaker. this is weird.
i guess i could just use bt toggle to direct all audio to the headset but if there is any other way to fix it let me know.
problem solved. deleted the partnership and then paired it agan. but this time i immediately turned off the wireless stereo function. voila. everything comes thru the headset.

diar, how do you initiate MVC from your Jabra bt530. I get all notifications, just can't use it from my bluetooth. I tried holding the button, pressing it twice; nothing.

Hallo!
I have a BT headset without A2DP and I would like to hear the caller ID through the headset (as it generally happens with nokia mobiles).
Installing BTmono I was able to hear the driving instructions from Google navigator but it doesn't work for the caller announcement.
Can someone help please?
I really need it but till now no success!
Thank you.
