Hey there. You will need to unlock your device before you can flash custom ROMs to it. These can be found in this thread, the one with the Typo in the title (☺):

and i want to shift the network to Reliance cdma but i have no idea of how to do it...can anyone hepl me out

I have the same cell...I think this is what your looking for.

It should work just fine. What exact model do you have. I have the HTC ONE, HTL22, M7_WLJ, PN074000 Radio 1.23.11.0829 HBOOT 1.54.000
Did we have android ROM for HTC HD7 yet? Any one can show me how to install it? Plzz help me. Thanks
