and i want to shift the network to Reliance cdma but i have no idea of how to do it...can anyone hepl me out

maybe you could try Diamond CID-Security-SIM Unlocker that exist in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=414835
activate reliance cdma

You are on correct version. Its just need to enable setting for 4G network
