cheers guys, got it now. What are you guys running? i have read mix'd reviews and may stick with 1.46, is that optimal?

I'm using 1.46.30.11
In France, Paris for Orange network 1.46 seems to be the same as 1.50. For GPS 1.50 seems to be better. For the battery 1.46 last longer.
But keep in mind that all of this is very subjective.

T-Mobile USA Radio Dump?

Title says it. Need a T-Mobile USA radio dump to get T-Mobile frequencies working for you guys on non T-mobile phones. Thanks so much.
I want to give the community - especially the ones with a developer edition or ATT - a way to flash Tmobile radios
Please post the download link here and we can all test it out and see if it works.
This can be done with S-Off too! Please see this thread:

Not only that but the stuff has already been available for a while now, as referenced in OP, which is where fffft got most of his stuff from. Pretty lame to go on a rampage like that after getting "spoonfed" himself.

thanks guys. i just want the community to have this information available. i've been hoping carriers would include all frequencies when they released phones since my first sony ericcson that didn't have 3G in the USA but did in europe. Hopefully we can make our devices completely globally valuable.
I was looking for this info as I own a SM-G9008V that has only few LTE and 3G bands enabled as it is bounded to a specific network in China. Thank to the original poster as I really needed this and hope it will be kept here.
I have htc one m8 verizon and i want to open 1800Mhz band (lte) , this guide work on my phone?

You could damage your phone by flashing a rom
Isriam said:
Compiled all information I could find via google search. It will be formatted better later and if you add bands for your country please reply with the needed nv edits for your country/carriers.
Step by step guide
1. You need a phone with a Qualcomm processor that has been rooted.
2. Root
3. Custom ROM & kernel. Kernel has anti-tamper code removed if it is custom. Cm11+arc or Phoenix+kernel work.

Hi, cheers for the effort, looks very thorough. I'd love to try that on my S5 SM-G906K soon but unfortunately there ain't custom kernels yet for this model.
Please can you outline what possible effect might be of following the steps on a stock kernel?
Are we talking possible brick or just, say, changes won't stick?
Hi guys,
Thanks for this guide.
I live in France and I want to buy the SM-G906s/k from Korea but in France the lte bands are 800,1800,2600 Mhz. I would like to know if it possible to unlock this band ?
Sorry for my bad english
Many thanks to the OP, really helps having all this info in one post

You should be able to enable the appropriate LTE bands based on the directions in the 1st post. You will need to ensure your phone is unlocked though so that it can move to other carriers beforehand.
I need help to unlock bands for my SM-G906K I live in Sweden, can somebody help me with this, I really need guidance

Well no, I don't think there's a kernel for my device and is kernel changing important? And generally I think this guide is too long and hard, ain't there an app or maybe if somebody can help me through Skype or something? Maybe YouTube video

I might be able to obtain a custom kernel for SM-G906K that blocks the security measures and enables tampering with the modem but there's little that can be done if you're not prepared to follow the steps as described above. If you try but stuck at some point then help will be provided.
There isn't an app that would do it for you unfortunately.

Awesome consolidated information in the first post. The one item that confused me (and it just may not be publicly known) is what downsides exist for exposing more LTE bands. I would think there should be some battery impact as more frequency scans need to be done but just wanted to check and see if there were any other downsides from just opening all frequencies.
Thanks!

when i get my phone and do this i will update the OP with better steps. at this time i haven't done this on a g900f but i have on other devices from cdma days.
Thanks for this awesome guide!
I'd like to stay on the stock rom though - is it possible to switch back to stock after doing this? Might it even be possible to just change the kernel to do all this? I guess there's no way to do it without tripping knox, right?
i was able to add all lte bands with a tw rom. i havent messed with the 2g/3g bands, but adding lte was pretty simple since its decimal in nv memory spot 6828.

no link agregation on this cellphone in France, so no 4G+. And I think it will be the same elsewere, it's those kind of differences (as the galilieo access) who make me choose the P10 instead

Slow LTE speed

Hi, i rcently switch to this phone from galaxy s9plus. I notice that my lte speed is slow. I usually get around 120-130mbps on my s9. Now its around 30-40mbps. Is there anything i need to do to activate the max speed this phone can do? Attach is the screenshot of what model and speedtest.
TIA
Not sure exact reason for your issue but most probably because of Realme skimped on supporting CA on multiple bands. As far as I know, X2 pro only supports CA with only few bands like 3 & 5 and doesn't support CA on some bands like 40.
I think Realme doesn't support CA Combinations in Canada but can you send to me log? Here is instruction: https://mt-tech.fi/en/how-to-get-4g...droid-phone/#OnePlus,_Oppo_and_RealMe_devices . Just send log file to https://cacombos.com/contribute so then i can update supported 4G bands and combinations to site.
I have combos tested here EU: https://cacombos.com/device?model=RMX1931EX

On your version please press Cellular Network or Calls and then just Start. Wait little bit and then it start recording. Don't reboot. Then put your device to Airplane Mode on and Off and wait your device connect to 4G -network. Repeat this few times and then you can click Finnish. Now you should find modem log with File Manager.

The log file is saved in oem_log directory to your phone file system (or something like that). There should be directory called mdm and file with qdml extension. You can just simply zip this and send to me.

I have listed all supported combos here: https://cacombos.com/device?model=RMX1931EX . In Canada only 7-7 works. This is not good device in North America networks.
