weird hotmail issue

hey guys, for some reason whenever I go to hotmail .com PIE just closes. its really frustrating... the other thing is that I could download my hotmail emails directly to the phone through windows live. where can I get this program? thanks guys
so nobody has this problem? really need to check my hotmail and near any computer...
Sorry I could not understand your problem other than the 'PIE Crashing' for which I not know the cause...
As for as the windows live... You have to download and install a program called 'Windows Live' and this program will allow you to get your hotmail using pocket outlook(Search for 'Windows Live' in the forums)
The latest Live cab is in the sticky.

Hi,
I updated my Windows Live user name last week, and now i cant update the user name on my Kaiser?
Where and how can i change that?
Thanks
If you are using the WLM cab found on various threads here at xda, go to Windows Live on your Kaiser (should be in programs) menu>Account options>2) Switch Windows Live ID

Opening Outlook by default (instead of Hotmail)

Hi Everyone,
I am running WM6.1Pro standard HTC ROM.
Since installing Windows Live, when I open my email from the standard today icon it opens by default to Hotmail. How do I change this to Outlook? I have searched all the forums, Google and the MS site to no avail.
Your help is appreciated.

Problem with Pocket IE in Windows 6.1

Hi there
I have noticed a strange problem with Pocket IE in windows 6.1. I am using HTC Diamond Swift ROM. I wanted to change the default association of .html or .htm files from Opera to IE. So, I changed the association as:
.htm to "\windows\iexplore.exe"
Parameter as %1.
Now, when I tap on any html file, IE opens but hangs without showing any html file, rather sometimes multiple IE windows open without showing any html file.
I wanted to know why this is happening with Pocket IE in Windows 6.1. I have checked similar association in previous versions of windows mobile and found them absoluletly error free.
Please comment!
Thanks

Opera 9.5 and Hotmail problems?

Anyone having problems accessing their hotmail account using Opera 9.5?
Everytime I go to hotmail, and login, I always get a XML Parsing error.
"XML parsing failed: syntax error
Error: invalid start-tag"
Do I need to install flash or something?
It worked fine for me. maybe a temporary server error.
But as an alternative you can use windows live to see your hotmail mails.
i have had the same problem, ended up using IE instead.
I never found a way roundit, maybe someone else will
I have the SAME problem

Why are you using the browser interface of hotmail anyway? Just read your mail through the version of outlook on the phone.

It can make sense to use opera. For example my 3G flat is not limmited by traffic but it does only allow me to use port 80 and also blocks any other email account than the one of vodafone itself.
Only workaround to read emails, is to forward the msn mail to my vodafone account.
same problem..
This problem encounter with so many sites even with forum.xda-developers.com
I have also tried Opera Mobile 10 beta 2 but same problem. So, I always prefer to use opera mini.
suggest please.
Thanks
