Does any one know the major new features of WM6 in comparison to WM5?
Is there a table/comparison of different features in all the WM OS's? Could we perhaps make a sticky note some place if not already done?
Eg:

WM 6.5 in french ?

Hi all,
I want to apologize if my English is poor. I am French.
I see that a version of WM 6.5 exists since some time and I would like to know if one version French exists with TF3D 2.5.

*There is a French local image of WinMo6.5
*Manila can be translated
But unfortunately nobody seems to be working on a French rom.
ManiaHD told me he was interested in working on TP2 however he hasn't got any device for the moment...
So wait and enjoy English roms

Guys did anyone come up with the french version of this rom. I see a lot of you have been talking about putting it up but still don't see an active link to one. If anyone ha the Windows Mobile 6.5 Rom for the Touch Pro 2 please put it up.

THAT guy is WHY i will NEVER cook a public 6.5 rom for the Rhodium... I myself have recooked a WWE 6.5 ROM to French for my personal use on the base of NRGZ' Warhawk ROM but some people just think that it is COMPULSORY for us to just "post a mirror" for their own personal pleasure.
Jrecho, remain with your crappy french 6.1 rom and don't even bother asking for anything on this forum.

If you can't speak english very well, there are a lot of foreign members at the xda's site, from all around the world, so you should seek for someone from your homeland

so either he wants it back to the latest 6.1 rom or want the latest which is 6.5.5.

Oddly enough this was also my interpretion of his post. But nice to know you are willing to help him with flashing & translation
Think whats he's trying to do is update to latest wm6.1 and has HSPL 1.14 on device. So he'll need to use HSPL 1.56 and then flash rom

The Best X2 to X1 port I have try!

I found this and I wanted to share, it's called liX-X2 rom, but it is a german rom... I am using it now, even mp3 works on slideview! But im not german but i want to stick to it... I was using an HTC hero with Android and it was possible to change languages... Now i got at X1 for cheap since i lost my other phone and i wanted to get a nice rom... Is there anyway to change the language of the WM rom? Im not used to this so sorry if i offend someone... My head hursts afther flashing so many roms...

.. if that is just as easy as ( in word docu) like "ctrl+f" find all (french code or word) and "replace with" (english code or word) that would be easy..

that rom is using an older version of slidevew

I have some issues I'd like to raise with regard to the effects of flashing a Hima with several different OSes and Radio versions.
Specifically, I have lost stereo output and the hang-up button is now locked to having the same function as Calendar; i.e.: the OS thinks it's the same button!!
Does anyone think it is worth posting a new topic? I only ask it here as these problems have arisen from using sun_dream cookery...

I decided to download and test this rom

nice seems to be one of the latest (and final) rom for hima
almost best look ... icons ...features for himalaya firmware.
but something definitely home wrong with security policies :
00000101a = 1 present but unsigned programs even installed thorough activesync doesnt runs
00001001 and 00001005 with SDunlock for HTC doesn't works too ...
even security policies power tool doesn't helps.
