1)Is there a way that wifi will alert only unsecured networks ? and will connect automatically to the best one?
2)Is there a way to find contacts by name ?
3)can I turn on and off the bluetooth and wifi by voice command ?

no you use the built in app for that, it's just a scanner.

Is it possible to make my HTC diamond attempt to connect to the internet through my Home WiFi connection before it connects via 3G.
Basically I want WiFi to be default and only to use 3G whilst i'm roaming about.

If you turn your wifi on and set it up for your home network. then as long as the wifi is still on, it defaults to using that first. If your not at home just shut the wifi off
It's not perfect, but I haven't seen any other methods out there.

I have question about WiFi. Every time I turn off display (or turn off itself automaticaly), it disconnect from network but when I´m on ICQ then I cant recieve any message. Is possible to be connected permanently?
hi guys, i connect my diamond with Wifi, so i can surf internet explorer and open googleMap and everything, but the problem is in MSN messenger, when i try to connect he use the 3G connection and not the wifi, and i dont have the 3g, in result msn give me error message "cant conenct" . so how can i make msn connect with wifi

you have to disable the 3G connexion in your connexion settings.
Either delete it, either disable it, for instance using diamond tweak software.
I guess you've been using automated connexion settings (in wm 6.1) when you first started your Diamond.
So it installed your operator 3G settings in your registry and this is now your default internet connexion.
i cant make it work its want my 3g to login even when i disable it
Set the wireless as BUSINESS (comm mgr) and in connecton settings set "programs with automatic internet access" to BUSINESS.
Then it will not dial
in the select network i did my work network but i cant choose wifi just bluetooth gprs 3g and bit more
it still try to connect some how . but when i want to modife the my work place network its just give me the options of using bluetooth 3g phone etc and not wifi
and i cant recive email with wifi. so please help some one.

I have problem with my "Note" since updated to 2.3.6.
My Sipgate voip client do not konnekt to the voip server home via wifi, but over 3g works perfekt.
When I get home and my phone with home WiFi acces point connected I get no connection to the voip sipgate server. Other "galaxy s" phone, works home via WiFi with the same Sipgate client perfect.
Does anyone have idea what can this be?
