I wonder if anyone knows how to change the registry to have "Letter recognizer" instead "Keyboard" after a sofreset by default in the input panel.

HELP!!! Dutch T9 Dictionary on UK Diamond

Hi guys,
I've been looking around for a sollution and I already managed to get the Dutch T9 dictionary to work but when I want to select the language I have to choose a blank field (that should say Dutch) from the language drop down list.
Can someone please give me the "one and only" correct way to get it right this time.
