Hi,
We have a few stock T-Mobile Kaisers and we are having a issues with exchange where the same mail is being sent in continuously from the device.
I have searched the forums but cant see anything similar and google has given me very little help.
We have seen mail messages loop when users are roaming and forward in e-mails to exchange. This seems to happen when the messages have attachments more often than not.
We are troubleshooting this right now and are starting to log everything we can but I was wondering if anyone else had seen this problem and could give me any pointers. If we find a solution I will post it back.

I upgraded my rom last night to the 2.17 ROM posted on here, and i also set up xpress mail for the first time today to link to my aol email. I can receive emails just fine but when i try to send i get an error 7312 which says it cannot send message and to check the email address and try again. Im certain the address is correct.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is it possible that its linked to upgrading my ROM? Its not a big deal, im just one of those people who when somethings not working it sits in my head and bothers me until i figure out why its not working. Any suggestions?
Nevermind guys, i figured it out. Had to turn authentication on, and put in my aol user name and password in there. Dont i feel like an idiot lol
Im on a tmobile flex package in the Uk and have the WnW pack. However i cant receive e-mails unless im connected to wi-fi/my PC. I would like them to come straight through so i can update & reply to them in real term but for some reason i cant connect/receive them when im running on 3G/HSDA, it just comes up with unable to sync.
Can anyone offer some advice?
cheers guys.
Thought id add im using Windows Live e-mail and a hotmail account.
thanks
searched everywhere but still cant find a fix. The odd 1 or 2 come through, but never on time or reliably.
Can anyone comment/link me to a thread which might help?
thanks
Hi everyone,
I have searched exhaustively on this forum and via google but cannot find a solution anywhere.
Certain emails that I send via Pocket Outlook are only partially being sent. (longer emails)
Its not an SMTP issue because I have tried 3 different SMTP servers and the same thing is happening.
What is very strange is that the entire messages shows up in the sent folder but when someone else receives it only a paragraph shows up. (I have also sent them to one of my emails to test and they are partially showing up). But what is even odder is that its not with all messages, some are being received fine.
I thought that it could be some kind of font issue but that didn't work.
If someone has any ideas I would be grateful as I use the phone for business and my customers are not receiving full emails so its a big problem for me. Also just to add I am pretty sure this just started happening recently and I haven't changed any settings either.
Thanks again for your replies.
Hey just wondering if anyone else is having any issues on receiving their emails to the phone? I keep pressing send/receive to get my emails but nothing is coming at all. But when i looked at my email box on the computer i had 3 new messages. Nothing is coming to my phone at all...what i did get was an email from 2 days ago. I called ATT and also HTC and they couldnt figure out whats going on. I even deleted and put in the email to see if it would work but nothing. So im just wondering if theres any way to fix this issue? or also does anyone else have this issue?
mm i have noticed this too
it even feels as though it is selectively choosing which emails to dnload.
i tried changing storage settings and upping all the limits but no go, for me it only does this with my gmail account, so i just put it down to gmail and gave up...
SAME HERE!!!!
I too am having the same issue I am running PDAcorner v20. I have a gmail account tied into my phone. what i have noticed to far is that from 1 perticular sender it doesnt dl from but this causes the rest of the email not to dl. if i delete that 1 email from that sender and click send/receive all others will come in fine.
i have already tried a few radios and roms thinking it was the prob but I was wrong. its been going on since i say maybe around a week to a week and a half.

i'm also running pda corner v20, have eitherone of you tried deleting the gmail accont from the phone and set it up from scratc? i havent had any issues with my gmail.
yea i deleted my gmail account and started it from scratch....at that time it only downloaded an old email. but right now it seems like the emails are coming normal to me now....i think it was att issue cause later that night my phone went to EDGE instead of having 3G and then in the morning when i woke up it was back to 3G. So im thinking ATT was working on something and fixed the issue!
I also tried deleting and starting from scratch. I know its not the rom as I have tried several all with the same results. The wiered thing is like I said before if i choose NOT to d/l email from that specific sender all my emails d/l with no problems. I really can't understand whats going on. I have neva heard of anything like this
I've been getting and receiving email fine since I got this thing and, all of a sudden I'm getting a" Connection error" when trying to receive mail. I can still send mail fine. I've deleted and recreated the account in the email app, but that didn't help.
Anyone else come across this error?
did you find a solution mate?
cheers
From what I remember, I deleted the account and recreated it. I think. It was a while ago, but it works now.
