I bought a HTC P3600 used
and there is a WM6 on it
but on the packet of my mobile there wrote the Official windows 5
and i searched alot about WM5 for my mobile and i did not find it
please help me in that i want to put the Official HTC ROM WM5 for it please

I have the WM5 ROM from HTC uploaded somewhere, just need to try and track it down. There is no real need to "downgrade" to WM5 unless you really need to.

Does any one know the major new features of WM6 in comparison to WM5?
Is there a table/comparison of different features in all the WM OS's? Could we perhaps make a sticky note some place if not already done?
Eg:

Waw! I just thought you guys just surrender with modifying the himalaya into wm6. The best! If I know how to configure that and help you guys. If there's something I can do, please tell me. teach me how and I'll try my best. Don't have job/work yet so I can help you guys. I just know VB6 programming, and I think I'm a fast learner. Just want to volunteer, hehe!

Any body can help me? I have an early HTC P3600 version and one month ago I upgraded the official ROM to activate the GPS function but it does not work properly. Now I’m trying to upgrade to WM6 with Faman_ES_4.02_Full_Trinity but always the error [270] is caused.
What can I do? Can some wise man/woman help me?

i have a thc s730 AKA tmobile wing, i used to have the thc himalaya and did tons of rom upgrades, however that was long ago, i need a link to where i could get the newest roms for my wing, and a link where i can get the rom upgrade tool for my wing and directions, i plea from the bottom of my heart with anyone who can help me. i understand all the risks. If you can't speak english very well, there are a lot of foreign members at the xda's site, from all around the world, so you should seek for someone from your homeland

so either he wants it back to the latest 6.1 rom or want the latest which is 6.5.5.

Oddly enough this was also my interpretion of his post. But nice to know you are willing to help him with flashing & translation
Think whats he's trying to do is update to latest wm6.1 and has HSPL 1.14 on device. So he'll need to use HSPL 1.56 and then flash rom
