I've never had problems synching all my previous pdas with this laptop I'm using. However with the tytn II, I'm able to connect it via active sync but not sync with outlook. The status is always "synchronising" but it stays like that.
Anyone able to assist me?

i´m very happy with my XDA Diamond. But there is a problem.
I can´t sync it with my computer. Everytime it starts syncing, the diamond says that it´s "waiting for network".
My computer shows that the syncing is ok.
I use Vista Buisness (x64) with Outlook 2007.
Already tried with disabled Firawall/anti virus! Windows defender/ firewall are disabled.
Removed and reinstalled Windows Mobile Device Center a few times.
Hope you can help me.

And there is a "V" at advanced network functions
Disable that
now active sync must work

when i try it via bluetooth, it is the same.
Are you using the x64 version of WMDC?
Sync works fine on my Vista X64.

Hi, thanks for this advice. Just got my Diamond and it worked a treat.. ..Lordy knows why it doesn't sync with Vista out of the box!

I'm really stuck with a strange problem. I can't sync remotely with my mail server using ActiveSync.
I mean, the device syncs perfectly with my home PC, but when I program it to sync with my ISP's Exchange server it doesn't work.
The process stops and the device gives a "Repllog.exe error".
This problem started since I upgraded my HTC TyTn II to WM 6.1.
Any thoughts?
I'd be very much obliged for any thoughts that you might have on this subject...

I'm trying to get my Kaiser to synce with my pc, i've set up a partnership and it connects and starts to sync but always gets an error which is only ever described as "network error or internal desktop error" which isn't very clear as to the problem or possible solution.
I'm running Vista, with Mobile Centre 6.1, and Windows Mobile 6 Pro. I used to be using Outlook 2002 on the PC, but having recently rebuilt it am now using Outlook 2007, with the same .pst files and email. My phone won't sync the email anymore, it does everything else fine as long as i remove the email from the sync settings. I've tried setting up a nw partnership, and deleted the old partnerships from both the phone and PC but it doesn't make any difference.
It used to work fine before i had to reinstall my OS and everything on the PC, which is quite frustrating !
Can anyone shed any further light on this for me please ?
Hi My X1i doesnt sync anymore with Windows mobile device center, i even downloaded updated drives (around 12MB) for WMDC but it still gives a sync error.
Part of the reason is that i also used to sync my windows 7 laptop with my X10i Android phone using "my phone explorer" until both phones cant sync onto my laptop although the laptop can detect them both. as a result ive got duplicates.
I updated the drivers for WMDC but no use, i tried this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=568643 please help me as i need contacts in outlook to sync with my phones phonebook.
