Help please... upgrade problem.... WM5

I had a problem with my upgrade... now i whant to do a downgrade.....or even try to reinstall but i can´t......
When i prepare to downgrade...... i press power+record+reset and apears SERIAL V2.06 .I put the qtek in the cradle but the "usb" is not there in the screen....... i try to downgrade or even reinstall wm5 but he cant comunicate.... the problem isn´t in the cradle because i boot to wm5 and he comunicates...
i think that some file in the rom is missing... in bootloader he dont comunicate by usb...

You should see a white screen with "Serial" text on it and the Bootloader version.
Put your device into the cradle
Make sure that the charger of your PDA is connected to the cradle.
The text should change to "USB" now. "------------------->>> this is not shown.....only Serial Apears....
Help please............... does any one knows how I could solve this?
is there any other way to install a rom? if i try to upgrade him on wm5 desktop I get this message: "Error 100:Model ID error" , if i try to downgrade in wm5 desktop i get this message

have you opened task manager and closed the following processes?
rapimgr.exe, outlook.exe, winword.exe, wcescomm.exe, wcesmgr.exe

Yes, i´ve closed all the processes....... i don´t see a solution........

P3600 ROM update stops device doesn't start anymore

Please help me!! I tried the Lasagna KE 3.05 Full and everything goes well but I have some trouble with Tomtom map activation so I decided to install the Lasagna KE 3.05 light but somthing with the update process go wrong and stops at 10%.
Now everything ROM I try to flash to the P3600 stops at 1% and report an error 270.
I tried also to flash an Olipro bootloader in case this is corrupt but it stops at 100% and report the same error 270.
Obviously the device doesn' start anymore and when I press the on button only the green led is on and when I press ON+Camera+Softreset the bootloader start with this version:
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100
SPL-1.07.0000
if I connect the USB data cable it recognized and report USB on the display.
What to do???

i think i can decipher enough words to know that your problem is
being stuck in the Bootloader Mode. "Serial/USB" Screen
place your BA in the cradle.
run MaUpgradeUT_NoID.exe

i need help for X1_HardSPL

hello , first my english writing is pretybad, but i will try to do my best
so my problem is to update( flash ) my x1 , i did that .
- Download and install .NET Framework 3.5 SP1
- Set up the ActiveSync (XP) / Mobile Device Center (Vista) connection with your X1
- Charge the battery to at least 50% or more,
- (Re)Connect the X1
- Run X1_HardSPL.exe
- Follow the instructions (it should say something like "Image Version: 1.02.111.7" to "1.00.X1") jup its like that
- If asked, press "Yes" on the X1, i did so
- Now a 4-color screen should show up, showing some version Info
- After that en error upears witch said
image version.. 1.05.932.7
to
image version.. 1.00.x1
then apears an error (284 ) <. update error
on my 4 colord display says in the redblock .

hmm so i took off the battery , returnt it after a couple off sec...
and thr x1 rebootet with out any problems ...
well next try ...the same thing happend ....

so i dont no why , but i tryed it, with da diffrent pc and this pc did the update job on hardSPL

I had the same problem on my pc (win xp). Tried a lot of things without any success. switched to another usb port on PC was the solution in my case.

TRIN100 stuck at operator logo

I tried unlocking it with 'HTC_Trinity_SIM_CID_Unlock_v1' and ran the ROMUpdateUtility.exe. But the process stopped at 7%, after that phone booted up and got stuck at the windows mobile green screen. After a few soft/hard resets phone boots upto operator logo but no further.
The tri color screen shows IPL-0.50 and SPL-1.07.0000
This is about all the info I have about this device.
Please help me revive this device. What do I do next?

Yes I tested it last night on my notebook but I did not know why, it did not work.
(Permission denied cannot conect to \\.\\WCEUSBSH001)
And I found that I forgot to DISABLE USB CONNECTION in Activ Sync.

For those In the same case as me, just after Windows Exploit, do not soft reset because the Olipro bootlaoder will disappear. Flash directly with your RUU.
