Hate to ask a n00b question, but alas, that is me.
Anyways, maybe if its searchable someone could give me some hints at what to search for, but I don't really know how to search for it. I want my taskbars to be a solid color (black), but the tsk file I am using has gradient taskbars.
I guess, how to I turn off the gradient bars to use general ones.

There have been 10 downloads but no responses after they have been applied to devices. Could someone let me know if they like them on their device or not, how to improve them or what?

Thanks for the quick reply, but I can't use them in a cab. I have a Touch Pro and wanted to use them in SU2U (IPTWeather). Anyone have these weather .png's in a folder or zip? Or maybe a noob can be told how to get them out of a cab file???

WeatherBug, Teeter, BubbleBreaker, Solitare, Suduko,

Here you are, let me know if the abbreviations are ok.......I can change them but they have to fit at 18 pixels and one line.

it cannot be done in 2.1 eclair...the edits for transparency in certain images (the dialer for transparency is popular) dont work until froyo (ive tried)

Thanks for digging up an old post....
Lets use some common sense. his post says we cant have transparency until froyo. Do we have froyo? yes, we do. So the answer is yes.
If you looked around you would see we have multiple themes already with transparent status bars.

Every now and then I spend to much time looking for themes that have transparent status bars. I always think why is there not a thread for this?
So here it is,
If you know of some great themes that do sport a transparent status bar then please post a link!
I already know about lunar and such but I dont like rainbow colours or the ones with dots for signal bars?
When I get a bit more time I'll upload what I have, think my favourite is by nutella(thanks nut)
Will probably watch this thread disappear into the archives but hopefully we can share a couple of good themes.

Why don't you go check through the Android Themes section. Even some old inactive threads have cm7 themes.

perfect! I was just looking for a cyan theme and then remembered this thread I started, thought I'd have a look and see if anyone has added some transparent themes and there you are with a transparent cyan theme! Nice1!
