I need wrlsmgr.exe file from windows directory. I can't copy it by total commander or resco explore. If anybody has this file please share it.

Well you can use resco regedit, comes with resco explorer.
Total commander works, but i doubt u know how to use it.

If it ends in .cab that goes on your phone, if you are unsure what filetype it is, unzip it, if you see a bunch of files in there than u just unzipped a cab file which is a no-no. So toss the cab file into ur storage card and use _insert file explorer here_ than double click it.

Yes, since it's a ROM-File you need an more "advanced" file manager like Resco Explorer or Total Commander to achieve that.
or you can sync your phone, copy the file from the phone to the pc, then edit it on the pc and copy it back.

There's an .exe and an .xml file.. put them in the same folder, navigate to KaiserTweak.exe via file explorer, total commander, etc... run the .exe, start-a-tweakin.

It is an hidden file so you have to use an explorer that can read hide files (total commander, resco explorer....)

but still can not find
How I can change some images from the windows folder, they are read only and I can't change this, I can download the images to my pc and change them but I can't put them back, is there a other way then just decopile the entire rom?

it`s not possible, only you DUMP your Rom

Just use a program like Total Commander or Resco Explorer to copy the files into your Windows folder. The ROM files aren't actually overwritten, they are merely shadowed.
