I don really know much about Tweaks. I tried to follow the instructions but couldn't! I wounder if Diamond TF3D is possible with all those updated TWEAKS! It'd really help users like me!

Hi all,
I've read through the various topics, but there is sooo much to add on the Kaiser. It is hard for a not so technical newbie to understand everything what is said.
The first add-on I installed was the Windows Live CAB, very usefull! With reference to my situation as a first day user, i thought it might be a good idea to open a topic for newbies with the must have files of for the Kaiser.
So, senior users and perhaps programmers.. enlighten us

im a noob on the tilt and NOTHING installs properly.... has at&t sabotaged the phones ability to install cab files ?
I've never had a problem installing any cab on the tilt.
My guess is it's you. describe step by step in excruciating detail how you are trying to install and I bet the problem will surface.
And as far as must haves, there's few MUST haves. it's more of a preference after that.
you MUST have
a reg editor - if you want to tweak stuff.
a GPS program. tomtom/IG/google maps all will do
everything else is preference. Take a look at the kaiser cab post and decide for yourself what's important to you
Since this afternoon I've installer HardSPL and updated with a HTC rom, dutch language based.
I've installed several more CABs, listed in the Kaiser Cab topic, bur haven't found the Iphone Look Theme... Someone able to help me with this?
Anyone with some extra tips or tweaks?

i believe that in order to get the iphone look/feel you will need to buy $20 worth of software from wisbar

Hi guys. I'm new here, so please forgive me for n00b questions.
Got Diamond few weeks ago, but I just cant work with stupid TouchFLO3D. It just tooo slow for me (even with speed tweaks) and eats too much RAM. Is there any way to uninstall TouchFLO 3D and install TouchFLO from Touch or Touch Dual, which is faster. Or just uninstall TF3D and leave default WinMobile view?

you can uncheck tf3d from your today settings or you can download at clean or light version of some roms. they are stripped of tf3d.

About flashing roms. Main problem is that I have russian version of ROM, and I dont know, will english roms compatible with my diamond, so i ned the way to save my rom b4 flashing.

Hi, I have a HTC Diamond with 1.93 WWE ROM and I have alot of lag in touchflo3d. I even applied all the tweaks in advanced config and tf3d config and only got a bit better..nonetheless still bad. Anyone know what might be the cause? I'm not running any processes in the background, and I do have the ati 3d driver installed. Awaiting for an answer on this, much appreciated!

What ROM are you using? The original one provided with your Phone?
Try flashing a custom one, these already have tweaks in them, so no need to tweak yourself and you can try the ones based on 2.0.3 which seems to be faster.
yes I have original one 1.93.402.2 I think. I didn't flash because I never done it, so I'm a noob regarding that and I don't wanna brick my phone.
Searching appears to have failed me, but I'm looking for a up to date, optimized (recent drivers etc), Manila/Sense LACKING 6.1 ROM for the Xperia.
Could anyone provide some guidance with that? I can't really find any
EDIT: To clarify, thats a Windows Mobile 6.1 ROM without manila or sense UI
Maybe you should look at the forum? Searching specific terms won't give any good results back.. These roms basically plague the forum, i dont know how you could not find ANY

otherwise, as mentioned it could be worth trying some of the established 6.1 touchflo roms and just disable touchflo. 'pctech4u' and 'touch x' come to mind. check out the rom library, ther might be more

WM6.1 build 21051, no manila, no panels, some little apps that are useful for me and some selected HTC staff like enlarge start menu, volume control, FM-radio etc
I am using it for the last 2 months and it's very fast and stable. Perfect for SPB MS users.
I cannot provide any support though. No much time. Normally you won't need any.

I have HTC P4350 with official 6.0 Rom. Its pretty old and buggy and laggy I know there is beter roms. I just cant decide what would be best for me. I use phone to calls and messaging. Only softwares what i would like to use is MSN messenger and some beter network program that internet explore. I want the rom what is fast and looking nice. I use network only with wlan what is in my home so i dont need eny weather programs etc. Please help me. Im sorry for my bad english but i hope you answer. I have opened many topics but never have answer maybe too hard questons? Say even something please.
i need rom what have or where i can install Opera, MSN and use it to write messages and calls ofc. I use Ä and Ö very much so is there some .cab which fix the layout problem if rom have it? For TYTN i found Swedishlayout.cab from here so it was easy to fix but where do i find that for P4530 or is there cab for it?
I made hardspl succesfully. I have read much bicouse you dont even give some help but maybe that reading is good for me. Now i know lot of things and i have done 2x hardspl and updated tytn rom to custom today
